Step 3: Here, you need to confirm the type of dealer, tin number, etc details are correctly mentioned or not.

To configure the financial year and company in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Company menu and click on Edit Company.
Step 2: You can make necessary changes such as Name, Address, Tel No. etc.
Step 3: You can change the Books Commencing date, but can't change the Begining Financial year.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

To enter mobile number in company , follow the steps:
Step 1: Go to Company Menu and click on Edit company option.
Step 2: Now enter mobile number then telephone number field and save the changes.
Step 3: Now one prompt will come for change in standard format so you need to click on Yes option.If it is design Format then change in advance format.

The purpose of the Copy Users option during company creation is to copy user if you have multiple users in another created company you want same users in new so you can copy it by selecting source company so that it will be copy with same configuration of user and you do not need to create it again in new company.

Is it recommended to copy and paste data from the hard drive to pen drive on daily basis to run data from pendrive?
It is not recommended to copy and paste data from a pen drive to a hard disk on a daily basis for BUSY to run data from pendrive. You need to specify data directory of pendrive to run data from pendrive but it is not recommended to run the data directly from pendrive as it may cause data corruption o loss.
I need step-by-step instructions for opening my company data across two different tabs in BUSY. Can you please guide me?
Sure, please follow the steps below:
1: First open BUSY and log in to your company
2: Then, open a new tab of BUSY/Open BUSY again and log in to your company of BUSY again, that's it, you should now be able to access your company data in two different tabs in BUSY.
Note: You must have a multiuser/multiple count user model of BUSY.
Can I copy the masters from the old company to the new one? How do I do that?
Yes, you can copy the masters from the old company to the new one in BUSY. To do that, you need to navigate to the bottom left corner and use the feature named as copy masters, configuration and users from the existing company then select the company from which you want to copy the masters while creating new company in BUSY.
I created a sub-ledger instead of a general ledger by mistake. How do I fix this?
Created a sub-ledger instead of a general ledger by mistake then
1.if you dont have transaction in this sub-ledger then you can open ledger in modify mode, change ledger type as General ledger and save it.
2.If you have already recorded transactions in the sub-ledger, you cannot change it to a general ledger. However, you can create a new general ledger.
