How do I record transactions like invoices and bills in BUSY?

In BUSY, We can create Dual Voucher, Accounting Voucher and Pure Inventory Voucher.
Dual Voucher : Here Accounting and Inventory both get hit. Vouchers which are Sales, Purchase, Sales Return and Purchase Return.
Accounting Voucher : It refers to where only Accounting get hit. Vouchers which are Payment, Receipt, Journal,Contra, Debit and Credit note without Items.
Pure Inventory Voucher : It refers to where Only Inventory get hit. Vouchers which Matrial issue to party, Material Receive from Party, Stock Journal, Stock Transfer, Production and Unassemble.

Can I add the additional amount to the partys account directly?

Yes, you can add the additional amount directly to the party's account in BUSY,please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction menu and then select sales option.
Step 1: After then click on the modify and then You need to check applied Bill Sundry of any extra additional charges.
Step 2: Verify the Taxes amount and Tax rates of the both voucher.
Step 3: If you're unable to identify the reason for the difference,reach out to your supplier or vendor for clarification.

How can I make the stock zero in a company?

To make the stock zero in a company using BUSY, you can use the stock journal entry or physical stock entry to make stock zero. you can follow below steps to add voucher.
Step 1: Go to transaction menu then select physical stock voucher or stock journal voucher.
Step 2: Then click on add button and then mention the items in consumed option if adding through stock journal voucher.
Step 3: If adding through physical stock voucher then mention it in physical stock voucher.

I made a sales entry in BUSY but the IGST amount is not getting calculated automatically. What should I check to ensure IGST is calculated properly?

If you made a sales entry and IGST amount is not getting calculated then please follow
then given steps
Step 1: Make sure you have selected IGST or central sale type in sale type field.
Step 2: If you are taking item wise or inculsive then please save voucher by pressing
enter on each item level to calculate igst amount.
Step 3: If you are selecting multirate or single rate sale type then please
press F4 to apply tax.

How do I ensure I have charged the correct tax rate when reordering items?

If you want to ensure that you charged the correct tax rate when reodering items then 
please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then select master then item then modify.
Step 3: Then select the item from the list.
Step 4: Then specify the tax category which is correct.then save the configuration.
Step 5: Now while adding purchase order you need to select purchase type as itemwise or
multirate so that correct tax rate will be charged.

How are e-invoices different from normal invoices in BUSY?

E invoice are different from normal invoices on the following basis.
1. E invoices gets autopopulate to the gst portal but normal invoiced do not.
2. E invoice template is set by the poral but normal invoice template is set in BUSY.
3. E invoice print format is not editable but normal invoice can be edited.
4. E invoice generated only for B2B after exceed 5 cr turnover but normal invoice
has no special condition like e invoice.

I want to transfer stock items from one location to another in the software. How can I do this?

For transfering stock items from one location to another in Bus, please follow below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu.
Step 2: Click on stock transfer voucher.
Step 3: Click on add voucher.
Step 4: Select the source location from where you want to transfer the stock and the destination location where you want to transfer the stock.
Step 5: Enter the details of the items you want to transfer, such as quantity and rate and entry.

How can I remove the stock that is not received from the parties from whom it was issued?

To remove the stock that is not received from the parties from whom it was issued in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transactions and go to the Material Issue to Party option.
Step 2: And select the party from whom the stock was issued.
Step 3: Then, you need to select the option of Material Receipt from Party and enter the details of the received stock. This will remove the stock from the issued list.

How can I track party details while sending goods from one location to another in BUSY?

As, you can track party while add material issue or received voucher in BUSY, follow below steps to enable such feature:
Step 1: Go in the transaction section.
Step 2: Then select material issue to party or material received from party as per requirement.
Step 3: Then click on add.
Step 4: Mention required details such as series, date, voucher number and type as to be track with party.
Step 5: Mention desired party name and item details.
Step 6: Save voucher.

Why am I unable to edit or make changes to finalized invoices in the software?

If you are unable to edti or make changes to finalized invoices then please follow the
given steps
Step 1: Make sure you have logged in with super user.
Step 2: If you are working with sub user then please ask your super user to provide full
rights to modify the finalized voucher.
Step 3: After providing full rights to the sub user then re login with sub user
then you will be able to edit invoices.
