Step 2: Select add the mention account name and mention group of account

To edit or modify the existing voucher date in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction section then choose the required voucher type
Step 2: select the modify option then access the invoice in modify mode

You can change the email address by opening the account master in modify mode.

Why is the parameter window is not opening in the item master even the feature is enabled from inventory?

The parameter window is not opening in item master due to these possible reasons:
Step 1: The option of parameterized details is set to N in item master, so check this.
Step 2: The opening stock is zero in item master so the parameter window will not open.

I want to change the tax categories and rates in my BUSY. What is the process to do this?

You can create and change the tax category as per your requirement from the below steps.
