Step 1: Go to administration and then click on masters.
Step 2: Now you need to edit the tax category and select the correct IGST percentage.
I'm trying to enter my ICICI bank account into BUSY but it keeps going into the current assets group instead of the bank accounts group. What am I doing wrong?
If you want to create ICICI Bank account master in BUSY you can follow given steps:
Step: 1 Go to administration.
Step: 2 Then go to master.
Step: 3 Account - Add.
Step: 4 And enter respective deatils of master in it and save master.

Step 1 : Click on administration

Step 1: Go to Administration menu then click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Account then Modify.

Why am I unable to add parties tagged as regular dealers for purchase transactions after registering as a Composition dealer?
You can change the party tagged from composition to regular from below steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Masters
Step 3: Then Modify
Step 4: Open the account and specify the type of dealer in the account master.
Do I need to go back to the year an item was created in order to make changes to it?
No, you don't need to go back to the year an item was created in order to make changes to it in BUSY. Further it is recommended to take a latest backup of the data before changing the name of item.
I want to add a new party in BUSY but it is not getting saved. What could be the reason?
if not geeting save new party master in BUSY check following step to resolve
Step 1: Chek account Group it should be always Sundry Debtors if create New party
Step 2: Check User Permision for Create new accounts master
Can I modify alternate units for existing inventory masters in BUSY or do I need to create new masters?
You can modify alternate units for existing inventory masters in BUSY, but if the transaction already exists in the main unit or alternate unit, you will either have to delete the transaction or create a new item master instead of it.
