Step 1: Go to Transaction menu and select Sales voucher type from submenu.
Step 2: Click on Add Option.
Step 3: Now fill voucher header details like , date , voucher number, MC Name , Sale type.
Step 4: And Select the Exempt sale type for non taxable value invoice or zero rated voucher.
Step 5: Add other details and save the voucher.

Where can I see the list of parties and their respective price categories?

To see the list of parties and their respective price categories in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to administration menu.
Step 2: Select masters then click on account and choose list option.
Step 3: Select screen option and choose configurable alphabetical then open the list.
Step 4: Click on select fields button and select price category field then save.
Step 5: After that reload list and you will see price category column.

To update party's location pincode automatically in their master, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select masters menu.
Step 2: Select account option then click on modify and select that party's account.
Step 3: After opening it click on validate GSTIN online button next to the GST number.
Step 4: After successfully validating it click on update back & quit button the address and pincode will be update automatically as per the portal.

How do I add or edit the contact person and contact number for a party?

To add or edit the contact person and contact number of a party in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company then go to Administration tab.
Step 2: Select Masters and click on Account.
Step 3: Click on Modify and choose the party in which you want to add or edit.
Step 4: Here, you can add or edit Mobile No. and Contact Person then save.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

I need to add a new tax rate in BUSY, how can I do that?.

Yes, you can add a new Tax Category in BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu and click on Masters.
Step 2: Click on Tax Category option.
Step 3: Click on Add.
Step 4: Enter Tax Category Name Select Type of Tax Goods or Services.
Step 5: Enter GST Rate Info Tax Rate for IGST, CGST, SGST and other info.
Step 6: Click on Save.
