Yes, tax windows can be added to the item list in BUSY. Please follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to Administration and then go to Masters menu
Step 2: Click on the Item List and go to Screen, then select the Standard format with All items.
Step 3: Enable the option to Show Tax Category and ok.
Now you will be able to see the Tax category along with the Item list.

How do i set up the bill sundry master to charge tax on freight and forwarding charges?

To create the bill sundry for freight and forwarding charges and want to apply tax on it, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select masters.
Step 2: Select bill sundry option then click on add and after opening it enter the name, type as additive, nature as others.
Step 3: On right side you can select abosolute amount, percentage as per the requirements then save.

How do I make the system automatically populate party details in BUSY, like address and GST number?

As there's no option in BUSY to automatically populate party details in BUSY, like address and GST number, 
Further while creating the account master,
1: Specify the party master name.
2: Then define the GSTN of party.
3: Click on validate GSTN online and then update back and quit option.
4: So BUSY will update the details of party as per the GST portal.

How do I check if customer email IDs are correctly updated in BUSY for sending invoices?

To check the customer's email ID in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Account and click on Modify.
Step 3: On the account master page, check the email id and verify it is correct or not. If not can update it and save.

The purpose of adding an account group is to organize similar types of accounts together for easier management, reporting purposes. To create an account group in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select masters option.
Step 2: Select Account group option and click on add.
Step 3: Enter the required details such as name, primary group yes or no, under group, etc then save the account group.

How to validate HSN codes entered for items in BUSY? Is there any specific command?

To Validate HSN code entered for items in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration section then select master menu
Step 2: Choose the item option then click on Modify tab
Step 3: After accessing the item in modify mode, you can click on the Validate option displayed with HSN field.
Step 4: Next, verify the HSN status and correct it if found to be invalid, then save the master record.

Why does it say "Invalid ID" when trying to add new transporterIDs in BUSY?

To resolve the issue of Invalid transporter ID, Follow below steps:
Step 1: Open relevant voucher.
Step 2: Then mention required details.
Step 3: In transporter window, click add new.
Step 4: Define the transporter name.
Step 5: Transporter ID can be the GST number.
Step 6: Make sure in transporter ID any blank space or junk character not be define.
Step 7: Save and proceed for invoice generation.

How do I add a new party/customer in BUSY and save their details?

If you want to add new Customer / Party in BUSY you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Account and click on Add.
Step 3: On the account master page, fill all the necessary details such as Name, Group, Address, GSTIN, etc. and save that.

How do I correct errors in item names or descriptions on invoices?

To correct errors in item names or descriptions on invoices in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Masters.
Step 2: Select Item and click on Modify.
Step 3: Choose your Item name and can edit the Name save changes.
Step 4: Further, when you invoice you need to correct description in the Item Description window.
Note: Take backup of your date before making any changes.
