To select right tax category for services while creating an invoice in BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters
Step 3: Then click on item
Step 4: Then open the service item
Step 5: Then specify services tax category according to tax rate
Step 6: If tax category for service is not created press key F3 in tax category field
Step 7: Then create service tax category specify the tax rate then select type as services and save it
Step 8: Then select that tax category in item master and save the master

What is the process to give full access to BUSY when it shows default error?

To give full access to BUSY follow these steps:
Step 1: If you are using any antivirus then give full access to BUSY from it
Step 2: Afterwards you can give full access by giving everyone rights to BUSY folder
Step 3: Open the file explorer
Step 4: Then select the drive where BUSY is installed
Step 5: Then select the folder where your BUSY is installed such as BUSYwin
Step 6: Afterwards Right click on that folder then click on properties
Step 7: Then select the security tab and give full control to each usernames
Step 8: Then click on add then type everyone and give full control to it

I want to fix the export location permanently. What should I do for this?

If you want to fix the export location permanently, you can check the below options:
1. First, you have to update BUSY in the latest updated version. The latest version has given you the option to export any file to any location, so next time you do not need to set the same path again; it will pick your last exported path automatically, but it is not permanent; you can change it.
2. Also, you can create a new exe of BUSY and set its command line by giving the command /efp=path. It also sets your export location, but it is not permanent; you can change it.

Some of my products are showing blank HSN codes. How do I add or update the HSN codes?

To add or update HSN codes for your products in BUSY, you can follow these steps: 
1. Go to the Administartion then masters and select items option
2. Then under item three options will be displayed add modify list and select modify
3. Search for the item by name to open its details.
4. Add the HSN code for that item.
5. Save the changes.
Repeat these steps for each item that is showing a blank HSN code. Once the HSN codes are added or updated, you can generate a valid GST invoice with the correct details.

How can I tag expenses account to the freight and forwarding charges bill sundry I created in BUSY?

If you want to tag expenses to the bill sundry of freight and forwarding charges you created in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu
Step 2: Then click on masters option
Step 3: Then click on bill sundry
Step 4: Then open the bill sundry of freight & forwarding charges master from modify or list option
Step 5: Then select adjust in sale/purchase amount option as 'N' to set as no
Step 6: Then select specify account here option
Step 7: Afterwards select freight and forwarding charges account in account head to post field and save the master

Step 1: Go to administration menu

Step 4: Now open the item master from modify or list button
Step 5: Then click on unit field and check grams is available in the dropdown menu or not
Step 6: If it is showing then select it and save the master otherwise create the unit master by pressing the F3 key in the unit field

To fix reference errors in BUSY, you can try clearing the reference and recreating it with the auto-adjust feature. Please follow the steps below to use it:
Step 1: Go to Administration Menu
Step 2: Click on Utilities option
Step 3: Press Enter on Reference Management option
Step 4: Click on Clear Reference, click then press enter on Bill Wise Reference, then select Account range and then press OK
Step 5: Click on Auto Adjust References option of Utilities
Step 6: Click on Bill wise Reference then press OK to proceed
Note: Make sure you have the latest backup from a company.
The reference will automatically adjust on FIFO basis.
