How can I check if the warning for the negative stock is working for an item?
To check if the warning for the negative stock is working for an item in BUSY, you can try entering a voucher for that item of quantity above the existing quantity and if warning message pop up or not.
I am trying to network or share data between different versions or instances of BUSY but it doesn't seem to be working. What do I need to do to share data across BUSY?
If you are using BUSY Multi user or BUSY data trying to open in different versions, this will get issue and error sometimes this can be corrupt your data. BUSY recommend always use Latest Release on all system.
I made a supplier group but it's not showing in the accounts dropdown, only the account name and balance. How can I add it?
If you want to add account group please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration emnu
Step 2: Then click on masters
Step 3: Afterwards click on account group
Step 4: Then click on add button to add a group
My bill is deducted in 126 cells, but it should show 127, can you help me correct this?
To add more row in the bill voucher entries please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and then configuration tab
Step 2: And then select Maximum entries in the voucher and add item entries 999
How do I stop BUSY from rearranging my item list alphabetically when I save?
If you open list of items,it will open alphabetically in as deault configuration in standard format.Further you can sort items by click on heading item name in list but it will rearrange when you will reopn the report.
Is there an option to freeze data in BUSY so I can't make changes?
Yes, You can freeze your partail or full data in BUSY by following ways:
Step: 1 Go to administration.
Step: 2 Then go to utility.
Step: 3 In utility go to data freezing.
Step: 4 And can freeze partail or full data.
Is there a data freeze feature to prevent users from changing past entries?
The options to lock or freeze transactions are full and partial.Use the dat afreeze option to lock the transaction , please follow below steps :
Step 1: Go to Administration menu .
