How do I handle transactions in BUSY? Why do I not see any other vouchers other than purchase vouchers?

In BUSY you handle multiple type of transactions by creating the relevant vouchers from the transactions menu.
If the purchase voucher is visible under the transaction menu, then might be you are logged in your company from a sub user and they do not have rights for vouchers other than purchase.

How can I verify if I am a super user or a sub user of company in BUSY?

In BUSY, the super user will have all the permission in company include the user creation so if you are able to create any sub user that means you have logged in the company with super user. Further, sub user can only change the password for its own user credential.

How can I create a super user if a company has already been created?

To create a super user if a company has already been created in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on User option.
Step 2: Select Modify option and then specify-Y in user authentication required.
Step 3: Enter Super user name and password and then save the changes.

Is there a way to disable the backup option through sub user in BUSY?

Yes, you can restrict sub user to take backup of data by follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on user tab and select modify option.
Step 2: select the required user master then disable the allow data backup option from user control then save the master.

Is there a way to protect certain entries from being deleted in BUSY?

You can protect your data from deletion by not assigning rights of deletion to your sub user. To disable rights, follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration menu
Step 2: Click on users
Step 3: Open users in modify mode
Step 4: Untick deletion rights from transaction menu
Step 5: Save the configuration

How do I configure user rights to prevent invoice deletion in BUSY?

BUSY allows you to ristrict or provide specific rights at users level, you can ristrict sub users from deletion
Step1: Go to Administration menu, Select Users
Step 2: Open sub user in modify mode
Step 3: InTransaction menu, expand the voucher seelction uncheck the Deletion option voucher wise and save the user configuration

How can I obtain permissions/rights to configure or make changes in BUSY?

If you want to make changes in confiugration of BUSY then follow the steps.
Step 1. Open company with super user
Step 2. Go to Administration
Step 3. Then click on Configuration
Step 4. Under configuration click on Features and options then enable features according to your need.

How can I reset the name and password of the super user?

To reset super user name and password , follow the steps below:
Step 1: After opening company with super user go to administration
Step 2: Then select user and then modify
Step 3: Now select the super user and open
Step 4: In super user change the name and password then save

I am having trouble logging into BUSY with my admin user ID. What could be the reasons for this login failure?
