Why am I unable to see a certain menu or option in BUSY? How can I access it?

Reasons for not showing certain options in BUSY.
1. If use are logged in with sub user and you do not have the permission to view certain featuer.
2. If use are using lower model of BUSY like basic their would be certain feature which you cannot access.

When sending an email to a customer, why does it display Email saved successfully instead of "Sent successfully?

If you are getting popup for Email saved successfully then follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then click on user tab
Step 2: Select the modify option then access the relevant user
Step 3: Now, Specify N to disable Always send email/SMS/notification in offline mode and save the configuration.

What should I do if I am unable to view my previous sales quotations or purchase invoices?

Follow below steps if you are unable to view your previous sales quotations or purchase invoices in BUSY:
Step 1: Login company with super user.
Step 2: Then go in administration.
Step 3: Select user option.
Step 4: Check user rights configurations.
Step 5: If still not showing then restore previous backup if have.

Only two user options are showing in BUSY. How can I access the main user/super user?

To access the main user/super user in BUSY, you need to log in with the super user ID and password. If you don't have it, you will need to reset it. Once logged in as the super user, you can access all user options, including the main user/super user.

I don't see the option to click and view the journal entry. What should I do?

You don't see the option to click and view the journal entry, because of you dont have that User rights, so you need to contact the person who own the super user login id for giving you rights, to see the option of click and view the journal entry.

How do I remove disturbance from offline messages? I want to disable this feature.

For Disable notification of offline messages please follow these steps: 
1. Go in Administration then go in user
2. Then Go in modify and select user
3. Then disable Always send Email/SMS/Notification in offline mode
4. Then Disable Prompt to send pending Offline and save

How can I prevent users from modifying invoices after they have been generated?

To restrict users from modify voucher  follow the steps below:
Step 1: Login company with main user
Step 2: Go to admiistration then user
Step 3: Now click on modify and mention user name
Step 4: Go to menu rights option and untick modify option from every voucher and save

What options are available once I log in as a super user?

Once you log in as a super user in BUSY, you have the option to view consolidated data summaries that encompass information from all branches, customize access and permissions for users by tagging them to specific branches, and modify user roles and permissions.You can add custom column in reports.

What should I do if save option not highlight in voucher?

If save option not show in voucher follow these steps:
step 1: Check if your company login with sub user and modify right not allow in user.
step 2: If you are using voucher approval and voucher is approved by super user then also not show save option in sub user.
