I made a BB transaction in BUSY but it says no expenses account is registered under GST What do I do

If you made a B2B Expense transaction in BUSY and it says that no expenses account is registered under GST, it means that you have not registered any expenses account with GST. To resolve this issue, you need to register the expenses account under GST in the software. Once registered, you will be able to record your B2B expense transactions properly.

The item names are not populating in my sales invoice. Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

If item is not showing in the sales invoice entry reason could be item master is deactived. To view the list of deactivated masters follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and select utilities option.
Step 2: In utilities opiton select de-activate masters option.
Step 3: In next window select list of deactivated masters to view the report.

I want to divide my invoice amount into taxable value and tax amount in BUSY. How can I do this?

If you want to divide your invoice amount into taxable value and tax amount then there 
is not need to make any configuration you just enter the details and it will be
automatically bifurcated as taxable amount and tax amount as per the sale or purchase
type you selected further you can refer tax summary window for this information.

Why am I getting an error when trying to add credit note details to reconcile sales and purchase entries?

The error may be occurring due to incorrect entry of credit note details or mismatch between sales and purchase entries. It is important to ensure that the credit note is linked to the correct invoice and entered accurately in the software. Double-check the voucher date, voucher number, and party details while adding credit note details to reconcile sales and purchase entries.

I am unable to save changes I made to the e-invoice design. What could be the issue?

There can be several reasons that you unable to modify the voucher. 
1. Ensure that you have rights of modification in the voucher.
2. If not then have to given the rights as super user so that you can modify the voucher.
Further we suggest you to don't modify the voucher in which the e invoice is generated.

How do I record a loan or financing in BUSY? I don't see those options.

If you want to record a loan or financing in BUSY software you need to do journal entry:
The process of doing journal entry to record loan or financing is as folows:
Step 1: Go to transactions menu
Step 2: Then select the voucher journal
Step 3: Then click on add button
Steo 4: Afterwards you can create the journal voucher and save it

I want to record a payment received from a customer. What steps should I follow?

If you received payments from customers and want to record in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Transactions menu.
Step 2: Select Receipt and click on Add, fill all the required details such as Date, Voucher No. , amount, etc and save the voucher.

Can you assist me with setting aside funds in the software for a particular purpose?

To setting aside fund in software you have to create account for that and post entry . Follow the steps below:
Step 1: Go to administration then masters
Step 2: Select account then add master
Step 3: Mention account name and group then save
Step 4: Now go to transaction then Journal
Step 5: Select add and mention account then amount and save

My old BUSY bills are not getting paid automatically. What should I do?

If your old BUSY bills are not getting paid automatically, you need to pass payment entry. For this, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Transactions, then select Payment, then select, then click on Add.
Step 2: then you have to select the series, date, voucher number, then select GST nature,
Step 3: Select the party account and bank account.

What should i do if having trouble entering a credit note in BUSY?

If you are facing issue while entering a credit note in BUSY, you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Make sure you have select correct GST nature as per the transaction.
Step 2: Tax account should be added there with the correct amount.
Step 3: In the adjustment of debit note credit note window make sure all the details should be entered properly.
