The different fields available in dispatch details include name, address, state, pin code, dispatch from, dispatch date, transporter name, transporter ID, vehicle number, GRR number, and station, Mode of transaction , Distance , Transaction Type
What are voucher option fields in BUSY and how do I enable them?
Voucher option fields in BUSY are additional fields that can be added to a voucher to capture more information. To enable them, go to Administration, Configuration, Features and Options, and enable the desired option fields.
I want to configure my voucher format; how can I do it?
To configure the voucher format in BUSY, follow the below steps:
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Voucher Series Configuration
Step 4: Choose the Voucher Series
Step 5: Click Voucher Configuration.
Step 6: Do the required configurations.
Step 7: Save
How are invoice/bill numbers handled between the mobile app and desktop software?
If you want to make a bill from the BUSY desktop application as well as the BUSY app, you need to create new voucher serise for mobile app and two voucher serise numbering is differnt
How do I know if my voucher number meets the requirements?
The format of the voucher number can be Numeric or alphanumeric and can include letters. Voucher number should be maximum 16 digit or less. These are the guidelines for invoice numbering as per GST portal
Why should the option Disturb your existing voucher number in BUSY?
During Auto voucher numbering option You get the prompt for renumbering voucher numbering after save the configuration so you have to click on No option for renumbering so that your number will not be disuturb.
Cannot able to change GST report basis in voucher.
If you want to change gst report basis in vocher go to admin - config - voucher series config - and in enable billing shipping details select Ask in voucher in GST Report basis field.

TO set invoice mailing setting:
Step 1 : CLick on administration
Step 2 : Configuration
Step 3 : Voucher series configuration
Step 4 : Select voucher type and voucher series
Step 5 : Enable sent mail on save voucher
Can i mention same voucher number is running manual voucher number?
Yes, you can mention same voucher number which is already exists in BUSY. It will show you warning that same voucher number already existr. But it is not recommend to mention same voucher number
