When I try to export bills from BUSY, the PDF file does not open properly. What should I do?

If you are unable to open the exported PDF file through BUSY then please check below points 
1. Restart system & then install Adobe reader
2. Or Try it with another PDF software.
3. Set UAC user account control settings to Never Notify
4. Set Compatibility of BUSY by following the steps below:
Step 1: Right click on BUSY icon and go to properties
Step 2: Click on compatbility and enable run this programme in copatibility mode.

Can I export a voucher as a PDF file in BUSY? Where is this option?

You can export a voucher as a pdf file in BUSY by following these steps
Step 1 Open the voucher you want to export as a pdf from transactions
Step 2 You can select option on the top right of voucher print or use CTRL+P and select type of voucher
Step 3 Select format for printing then click on export and select format as pdf
Step 4 Select file path and click ok
Step 5 Now you can open pdf file

Why are my PDF files from BUSY invoices and bills not opening properly?

There could be several reasons why PDF files from BUSY invoices and bills are not opening properly. It could be due to compatibility issues with the PDF reader software, corrupted PDF files, or errors in the PDF generation process. It is recommended to ensure that you have the latest version of a reliable PDF reader installed and try opening the files again. How can I merge two company data files in BUSY?

We do not recommend merging two companies because they may have different voucher numbering and other configurations. However, if you still want to merge them, you can use the XML Data Export / Import feature under the Data Export / Import option in the Administration menu. This feature allows you to export the entire data of one company and import it into another company. We strongly advise you to take a backup before making any changes.

Page number is missing in the Pdf exported from BUSY how can i get it in pdf?

If page number is missing in the pdf then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Open the report
Step 2: Select print option then select from BUSY
Step 3: look for print page option and turn it on
Step 4: Then export.

How can I set Google Chrome as the default PDF viewer in BUSY?

To view any document exported through BUSY it is not mendatory to have chrome as a default browser however you can refer the steps below to view the document exported from BUSY:
1. Right click on the PDF file and select the Open With
2. Go to choose another app
3. Select Google chrome from here and click on Always
Further you can use any other PDF reader to view the document such as Adobe reader

How to export BUSY invoices as PDF, Excel etc.?

You can not export single invoice in excel only PDF format is available. To export invoice in PDF, follow below steps:
Step 1: Open the invocie in Modify mode, which you want to export in PDF
Step 2: Click on Print option or press Atl+P from your keyboard
Step 3: Mention no of copies you want to export
Step 4: Click on Export button
Step 5: Select type as PDF
Step 6: Define Path of folder, click OK button

The invoice PDF is opening in a web browser by default instead of PDF reader software. How do I change the settings so that PDFs open in Adobe Acrobat or other PDF readers?

If invoice PDF is opening in a web browser by default instead of PDF reader,To change it you can follow given steps:
Step 1:Make sure Adobe Acrobat should be installed on your system,
Step 2:If you have any PDF file on your system,right click on it,
Step 3:Here you can see the option is Open with,click on change,
Step 4:Click on Adobe Acrobat,and Apply,Now your PDF file will be exported in Adobe Acrobat.

I want to be able to view and print PDF files of invoices and bills from BUSY. What settings do I need to change?

If you require to view and print PDF files of the invoices then follow the steps below:
1. Make sure that you have installed the Adobe reader or any other PDF viwer
2. For exporting the Invoices yo can refer the steps below :
Step 1: Open the invoice in modify mode.
Step 2: Click on Print option
Step 3: Select the format and click on Export tab
Step 4: Here you can select the PDF option
