To take backup of BUSY data please follow below steps :
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to company menu.
Step 2: Click on backup data.
Step 3: Mentioned user name password if any
Step 4: Specify folder path to take backup
Step 5: click okay for starting the backup

You can restore your data from the backup if needed. for that open BUSY there is option called restore backup , select backup path and restore it.
