How to migrate data to BUSY from another system?
We have to Copy data from pendrive from another system. Pls Follow the below Steps :
For Backup Files :
Step 1: Company Menu
Step 2: Restore data
Step 3: Specify the backup folder path and restore it with overwrite no.
For Comp Files :
Step 1: Company Menu
Step 2: Set Data Directory
Step 3: Specify the Data folder path
How can i set data directory in new system?
You can set data directory in new system by following below steps:
Step1: Open BUSY software and then go to company menu
Step2: Then go to set data directory option and specify the data path by browsing there
Step3: After that press Ok and then click on open company option and working in it
How to talk backup in BUSY?
Yes, it is recommended to take a backup in BUSY please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu
Step 2: Click on Configuration option
Step 3: Select Backup Configuration tab
Step 4: Here you can Specify the new folder path
Step 5: Click on the save button to Save the changes.

What it the location of BUSY data storage on the system?
The "BUSYwin/Data" folder in the drive where BUSY is installed is the default location for your data. Furthermore to check the data directory from where your BUSY data is running follow below step:
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to the "Set Data Directory" option, here you will see the current data directory.
How can i specify data path in BUSY?
To specify the data path in BUSY by following below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY and go to company menu
Step 2: Then click on set data directory option
Step 3: After that specify the path where your data already exist by browsing there
Step 4: Now press ok and check compaies in the company menu.
How can I confirm a successful backup?
To confirm that your backups are successful, you can view the Log Details in BUSY Agent. This will show you the status, date, time,etc of each backup. You can also check the backup files on your local drive or Google Drive. They should be in the form of DATA and DISK1 in folder.

How can I Restore backup data?
For Restore backup please follow below steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY then go to company menu
Step 2: In company menu you will get restore data menu
Step 3: Mention path where backup data available
Step 4: Click on Ok then click yes on data restoration option
Step 5: If show company exist then click on No .
I want to change the location where my backups are stored. How can I do this in BUSY?
To change the backup location in BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Select Backup Configuration and here you can change the backup path day wise.
If you are using BUSY Agent then you can change the backup path under the Backup Configuration(Local).
