BUSY does not have a specific data storage period; it remains in existence as long as the company file exists in the designated data directory without corruption. To secure your data,it is recommended to take data backup on regular basis.

Q: Email BUSY backup zip file. Any issues?

We can send backup file without zip through email easily but for company folder file it will not get send due to heavy data size so we can send it by creating link from third party application like we transfer.

Q: How can I access the backup data for my company in BUSY?

To access the backup data for my company in BUSY,Please Follow the Below Steps : Step 1: Go to company menu Step 2: Click on Restore datab Step 3: Here select the backup file path and restore the backup files

You can take backup on the local drive as many times as you want. From BUSY agent by default you can take backup maximum 3 times. From BUSY agent through backup now you can take backup many times as you want.

Yes, you can restore a deleted invoice if you have any latest backup of your data as ,It is always suggested to take a backup before making any changes, and after that, the backup can be restored if needed.
