In other words, each key in a collection must be unique.
To resolve Runtime Error 457, you should ensure that you're using distinct keys for each element you add to the collection. Here are some steps to address this error:
Step 1. : Clear all pending synchronisation data in the queue including Head office and branch office.
Step 2: After completing step 1, retry the same process. This action may resolve the issue.

While opening company shows some user are working how can i fix this error?

If you are facing issue of some other user are working while opening company please follow given below steps:
Step 1: If you have single user license and you are facing this issue then reopen BUSY and check
Step 2: If same issue persist take a backup of a data and then restore it again with overwrite no
Step 3: If you have dual or multiuser license then make sure all the troubleshooting options are running or not such as reindex,regenerate dual vouchers,check incomplete vouchers etc
Step 4: If these options are running then you will see this error
Step 5: So always try to make sure above points in case you face this issue

While creating or modiFinancial Yearing multiple item then showing error in new company

If after creating or modiFinancial Yearing multiple item then showing error in a new company 
then it could be possible you have used some special characters in item master
due to that junk file generate so follow the steps to solve issue
1 take a backup first then Go to House keeping menu after opening company and click on
check junk character and click on you can proceed as i have the latest backup
2 then click on master and remove junks from the error list of master
3 then close company and click on reindex data and select the new company where its
showing error then wait till the reindex process done

Step 1. : Copy the missing file as per message from an alternate location and place it within the BUSYWin installation directory.
Step 2: Resolve the issue by uninstalling any previous BUSYWin installations and then reinstalling BUSYWin in a completely new folder.

- when you see an error message about a character found at a certain position when checking all masters, you shoud check junk character, for that option follow these step:
Step 1: GO to housekeeping menu
Step 2: Click on check junk Character and tick option you can proceed i have an latest backup and click on ok option
Step 3: click on master option and then junk character found.
Step 4: then remove all the junk character and click esc button.
Step 5: then click on vouchers and also found junk character in voucher
Step 6: then remove all the junk character found in vouchers.
Step 7: then check eror message will not occur while checking masters.

How to solve RTE 9 subscript out of range while opening any report in BUSY.

To solve the RTE 9 subscript out of range follow below steps:
Step 1: Close all BUSY tabs and right click on BUSY icon then select properties option.
Step 2: Then mark tick on run this program in compatability mode and do the same configuration for user also.
Step 3: Then click on apply and ok button.
Step 4: Then navigate to the window tab and type UAC or user account control and drag down it.
Step 5: After that Go to control panel option and make sure to select time zone as IST indian standard time zone.
Step 6: Then select region and locale as english united kingdom .

Step 2: Then your can run Reindex Database from housekeeping/Company menu.
Step 3: If BUSY crashes while opening software then make sure that BUSY latest version installed. Make sure BUSY run as administrator.
Step 4: If still same problem then check any antivirus blocking BUSY or check after reinstall BUSY.
