To resolve the problem of RTE 5 while open the company or creating the master follow below steps:
Step 1: Take a latest backup of the company.
Step 2: Then Go to company menu and select reindex database option if showing while open company.
Step 3: If RTE 5 is showing while creating masters then Go to housekeeping menu and select reindex database option.

Step 1: Make sure BUSY and excel are installed in same drive of system.
Step 2: Run BUSY as an administrator mode by right click on BUSY icon then select Run as administrator.
Step 3: Open User Account Control settings and scroll down to Never Notify.
Step 4: Open control panel and repair excel by right click on that.
Step 3: Reinstall the microsoft excel latest version.

Step 1: Take backup of Your Data From Company menu
Step 2: After Take Backup of Your Data Go to Company menu and click on Reindex Databases
Step 3: Now select the comapny and tick the option of you can proceed as I have latest backup
Step 4: Now reindex all FY One by one and then open your company for voucher entry.
