In BUSY, Housekeeping menu there are options of Check Incomplete Vouchers and Check Junk Characters to identify any issue in data. You can run Reindex Databases and Rewrite Books process to fix data erros. 
Note: Take backup of your data before running any process.

2 Click on local drive backup configuration and change a new path for taking backup

3 then restart BUSY agent and try again
