You can mention third unit in packaging unit.
For enable packaging unit please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then go in configuration menu
Step 2: Now go in features/options then go in inventory tab
Step 3: Enable packaging unit of items which was given on top left side and save inventory tab

How can i use alternate unit in BUSY?

You can use the Alternate Unit feature in BUSY. To enable alternate unit follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to administration click on configuration
Step 2: Select features and options go to inventory tab and enable alternate unit of items and click on save button
Step 3: Now in item master mention two units.

Setting up inventory management and customization options?

You can manage proper inventory in BUSY, please find the inventory features from the below given steps
Step 1 Go on administration
Step 2 Click on configuration
Step 3 Click on feature options
Step 4 Click on inventory

How do I save the BOM?

To save the BOM in BUSY, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to administratoon then features and options
Step 2: Select inventory tab and enable the Manufacturing feature.
Step 3: Under administration select master and then create a Bill of Materials master and define the formula for your production.

The pricing scheme I set up doesn't seem to be working correctly what should I check?

You should check the scheme settings and make sure they are configured correctly, including the start and end dates, quantity to give for free, and any specific items or groups the scheme applies to. Also, check if there are any conflicting schemes or pricing modes that may be affecting the scheme.

To add an alternate unit for an item in BUSY for partial returns, you can go to the item master and enable the 'Alternate Units' feature. Then, specify the alternate unit and its conversion factor. This will allow you to track and process partial returns using the alternate unit of measurement.

Why is weighted average method resulting in incorrect valuation of closing stock for my products?

Here are some possible reason please follow the steps : 
Step 1: Incorrect entry of cost or quantity data can lead to miscalculations.

I'm confused about using the alternate unit feature. Can you explain how it works?

The alternate unit feature allows you to use a different unit of measurement for an item, in addition to the main unit. For example, you can buy an item in boxes and sell it in individual pieces. You can enable this feature in the inventory settings and use it in vouchers.

How to update sale and purchase price from the vouchers in the item master?

There is option available update prices from vouchers in the inventory tab.you can enable it from the below steps.
Step 1: Click on Administration
Step 2: Then Configuration
Step 3: Then Features and Options
Step 4: Then Inventory
Step 5: Then tick the option update item prices from voucher for sale and purchase then save it.

How do I enable the Material Center option in the voucher in BUSY?

To enable the Material Center option in the voucher in BUSY by following below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and then click on configuration submenu
Step2: Now click on Feature and option and select inventory feature
Step3: Then click on check box of multi godown inventory option and then press on save option
