The sales in BUSY are not color-wise but purchase is. How can I make sales non color-wise?

If you want to make sales non color wise then please follow the
given steps
Step 1: You have configured colour parameter value in parameterized
details for item so you are doing purchase with colour parameter.
Step 2: If you want to do sale without non colorwise then you can skip
the window of color wise.

The batch number is missing for some items. How can I add or edit batch numbers?

If the batch number is missing for some items then you have to check the below report and correct it by opening the master and voucher.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Click on Display
Step 2: Then Batch wise report
Step 3: Then Click on account batch entries
Step 4: Check the entries and then correct it.

What should I do if serial no of item while adding sale voucher not showing?

To check the history of serial no follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to display option then select query system option.
Step 2: Then select query on item serial no option to view the history of that serial no.
Step 3: If details are not showing then resave the purchase voucher in which that serial no was added.

steps
Step 1: Go to administration menu then master then item then modify.
Step 2: Then select item and check batch wise details are set to Y.
Step 3: Now while doing entry with this item it will show you batch
prompt.

How can I maintain warranty for a product without entering its serial number?
