How to fix issue in softlock registration?
If you have issue in softlock registration, kindly follow the following Steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY Application and Go to Company Menu.
Step 2: Click on License Management option
Step 3: Under License Management option click on Softlock Registration option.
Step 4: Softlock Registration window select current Machine and choose bind softlock with as Hard disk, machine id or ip address.
Step 5: Enter Serial No Details and Activation Key and chick on Validate Serial No option
Step 6: After click on Validate Serial no. option you will ask to Surrender softlock license which is already Registered on another system.
Step 7: Click Yes to Surrender Softlock license then Enter softlock license email id & password do OK.
Step 8: Again Recheck your Registration Password and Email id and click on Register.
Step 9: After click on Register you will receive softlock file on your email download that file and copy in BUSYwin folder directory.
Step 10: Reopen BUSY, BUSY will show msg A valid security device (softlock ) has been found.
What is the process to surrender and register a softlock license in BUSY?
To surrender and register the softlock process then follow the below steps.
Step 1: Click on company menu and sub menu license management
Step 2: Then surrender softlock license, here no need to format the system you have to click on yes then mention the serial number, registered email and password after that press ok.
Step 3: Then softlock registration, here tick the current machine and bind accordingly with machine Id, hard disk number or ip address.after that enter the serial number and activation key which you have received on you email from the person from whom you have purchased the software.
Step 4: Then enter the required details and at the end when you mention the email id and password then you will received the code. after entering the code click on register button then you will receive a license file in your registered email Id.you have to copy that file and paste it in BUSYwin folder where BUSY is already installed.
How to resolve issues with registration key entry?
To register the softlock license in BUSY, you need to enter the Activation key along with the Serial No. If you have any issue with the Activation key, you can try these steps:
Step 1: Make sure that the Activation key has 20 alphanumeric characters. You can find the Activation key on your registered email.
Step 2: Check that the Activation key matches with the Serial No. that you have entered for the registration process.
Step 3: If the Activation key does not validate with the Serial No., you can get a new Activation key from the License Management option. Click on Get Softlock Activation Key and enter the Serial No., Registered email Id and Password. The new Activation key will be sent to your registered email id.

Activating the full licensed version of BUSY running on Windows
You can activate the BUSY License after installed the BUSY Software on windows 7. You can follow these steps to Register your license.
Step 1: Open BUSY, click "license management" option under company tab
Step 2: Select Softlock Registration option
Step 3: You can register your license based on Hard Disk, Machine ID, or IP Address.
Step 4: Enter the Serial No. and Activation Key that you received from BUSY. Click on the Validate Serial No. button to verify your details
Step 5: Fill in the required registration details such as Organisation name, address, contact number, etc.
Step 6: Provide your email id and password that you want to use for your BUSY account.
Step 7: After clicking on the Register button, you will receive an email with a license file attached. Download the file and save it in the BUSYwin folder where you installed
Step 8: Now, reopen the BUSY and can use it.
How can i activate my softlock license key in BUSY?
In BUSY, You can activate the BUSY Softlock license by follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY application and then click on Company menu
Step 2: Now, Go to license management option then click on Softlock registration
Step 3: Choose the appropriate option to bind the softlock: with either the Hard Disk, Machine ID, or IP Address on which you want to register the BUSY license.
Step 4: After selecting the binding option, enter the serial number and activation code received in your email. Then, file the registration details as instructed.
Step 5: Next, enter the email ID and create a registered password of your choice. Once done, click on the Register tab.
Step 6: After successfully registering the softlock, you will receive a license file on your registered email ID. Download the file and paste it in the same drive and folder where BUSY is installed.
Step 7: After reopening BUSY, it will operate in license mode.

I am unable to generate the license key or password for activating BUSY. What should I do to get the license key/password?
If you require to register the softlock license or trying to generate the license file then you can refer the steps below:
For getting the password :
1. Go to License management
2. Surrender softlock license.
3. Specify the Serial number and email ID
4. Click on Forgot password tab so that the same will be shared with you on your registered email Id.
For generating the license file again:
1. Go to License management
2. Click on Get softlock license file
3. Specify the Serial number and email ID & password and press OK
4. Check your email id as you will get the file attachment on your registered email
For Getting Aactivation Key
1. Go to License management
2. Click on Get Softlock Activation Key
3. Specify the Serial number, email ID & password and press Get Activation key tab
4. Check your email id as you will get the activation key on your registered email ID
I am trying to open BUSY but showing it is not registered What should I do ?
If While trying to enter BUSY number and its showing it is not registered it means you have updated windows or changed your syustem or hard disk . To Register BUSY in your system you need to follow the steps
Step1 Open BUSY and go to license management option
Step2 Click on surrender softlock and put the serial number mail id and register password and surrender
Step3 Again go to license management and click on get softlock activation key and put the serial number mail id and password and click of get activation key
Step4 Again go to license management and click on softlock registration
Put the serial number and activation key and validate then put the mail id and password and again reenter password and register
Step5 after registration you will get license file on your mail
Step6 download the license file and paste in in BUSYwin folder and restart BUSY
What are the steps for obtaining a softlock license file and removing demo mode in BUSY?
When you purchase the BUSY softlock license then you will get the activation key on your registered email ID.You have to do the softlock registration then will get a license file on our registered email ID. Then you have to copy and paste it in BUSYwin Folder.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Click on Company Menu
Step 2: Then License Management
Step 3: Then Softlock Registration
Step 4: Select the Current Machine and Bind with Option Eithe Hard Disk ,Machine ID or IP Address.
Step 5: Mention the BUSY Serial Number and Activation Key
Step 6: Then User Company Details
Step 7: You will get a license file in your registered email ID.
Step 8: Copy License File from email id and paste it in BUSYwin Folder.
If BUSY License has expired then will be renew on chargeable basis either directly from Company end or Channel Partner.
How to register on BUSY portal for a new user?
If you want to register yourself on BUSY, you can register your license by following these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY, click license management option under company tab
Step 2: Select Softlock Registration option
Step 3: You can register your license based on Hard Disk, Machine ID, or IP Address.
Step 4: Enter the Serial No. and Activation Key that you received from BUSY. Click on the Validate Serial No. button to verify your details
