If you want to Add a State master below are steps to do it:-
Step1: Navigate to Administration menu.
Step2: Then click on Master option.
Step3: Select Misc. Master option after that state option
From there you can able to add a new State master further if you want to create it directly from party master so you have to keep cursor in front of state option then press F3.

I need to update my master balance after carrying forward ITCs but the update is not happening. What steps should I follow to update the master balance?

To run update master balance in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company and go to Housekeeping Menu.
Step 2: Select Update Master Balances and make sure to close company on other systems.
Step 3: Press Ok button to start the process and wait untill it is complete.
Note: Take latest backup of your data before running this process.

How do I delete the user log entries in BUSY? What will happen if I delete them?

TO delete user log entry go to:
Step 1 : Click on display
Step 2 : Then go to check list
Step 3 : User activity log
Step 4 : Open report
Step 5 : Delete using F8 key
To delete event log go to:
Step 1 : BUSY home screen
Step 2 : Press CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + L
