If you are unable to sync data accoss the device then you can check the possible reasons mentioned below :
1. Make sure the internet connectivity is proper while syncing data. Check by change internet connection if found issue related to internet.
2. Make sure BUSY is updated.
3. If found any error at incremental data sync then you can check by bulk upload process
4. Check the antivirus installed on the system and ensure that BUSY is not blocked.
How do I sync data in bulk in the mobile app?
To sync data from BUSY to mobile app, you can follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu then select the option of Data import export.
Step 2: Click on the cloud sync option then select the bulk upload option.
Step 3: Click on start upload option then wait for a while to complete this process as it will take some time.
Step 4: Once the process is completed, you can check the data in BUSY mobile application installed in your phone.

In BUSY Agent, we have a option to set time for data sync from BUSY to Mobile App.

Step 1: Open the BUSY Software
Step 2: Company Menu
Step 3: Download BUSYAgent
Step 4: Install it in which BUSY is already installed
Step 5: Click on BUSYAgent icon
Step 6: Click on Cloud Sync Configuration
Step 7: Enable the automatic incremental sync
Step 8: Mention the time interval for syncing data.

How to create and share invoices, quotations, and receipts with the mobile app?
After uploading your data to the mobile app, you can create various vouchers such as Sales invoice, Quotations, and Receipts. To do this, tap on the Plus button and select the voucher type that you want to create. Then, fill in the required details such as Party name, Item, Amount, and so on. After saving the voucher, you can share it as a PDF file through WhatsApp, email, or other apps. You can use the Share option to do this.

If you have created the multiple BDEP ID but still same data upload occurs then Pls follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Make sure to upload data from one system at the time.
Step 2: Delete Uploaded data if already did before then upload it again
Step 3: Off the window firewall for sometime and check it
Step 4: Change the Internet Connection

To synchronize your BUSY desktop data with the mobile application, follow these simple steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then select the Data export import menu
Step 2: Choose the Cloud sync feature and then click on the Bulk Upload tab.
Step 3: A window will appear, allowing you to upload your data. Click on Start Upload and wait for the process to complete.
After completion of the entire process, your desktop data will be seamlessly synchronized with the mobile application.
What process do i need to follow to upload data for cloud mobile application in BUSY?
To upload the data to cloud based mobile application in BUSY, follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on data export import.
Step 2: Click on cloud sync then choose bulk upload option if you want to upload all data to the device or can select incremental upload option in order to sync only newly added and modified entries to the device.
