What steps should be followed to BUSY agent installation problem?
To install the BUSY Agent, follow the steps given below:
1. Download the setup file directly from the BUSY Company menu or the www.busy.in website.
2. Extract the setup using Winrar or 7Zip; the file will be extracted.
3. Next, follow the installation steps to complete the installation.
4. After installation, configure the BUSY Agent with the Data directory or SQL Path.
5. Configure the auto-backup, Dongle Server, or Incremental data sync server settings.
6. After configuration, add the BUSY Agent to startup.
7. Now, the BUSY Agent will start to perform.
I configured the backup settings in BUSY Agent but my data is not backing up. What could be the issue?
If the BUSY agent is not taking a backup of your data, check the possible reasons:
1.Verify the backup schedule for both the local drive and Google Drive in the BUSY agent.
2.Ensure that the path defined in the local drive backup exists in the system.
3.Confirm that there is enough space available in both the local drive and Google Drive for backup files.
4.Make sure the BUSY agent is set to run at startup to enable auto backup.
5.Ensure that the BUSY agent is running in license mode.
How frequently does data sync between desktop accounting software and mobile app? Can this be made faster?
In BUSY Agent, we have a option to set time for data sync from BUSY to Mobile App.
Pls Follow the Below Steps for Mobile app data sync :
Step 1: Open the BUSY Software
Step 2: Company Menu
Step 3: Download BUSYAgent
Step 4: Install it in which BUSY is already installed
Step 5: Click on BUSYAgent icon
Step 6: Click on Cloud Sync Configuration
Step 7: Enable the automatic incremental sync
Step 8: Mention the time interval for syncing data.
How to check if the scheduled backup of BUSY on Google Drive is working properly?
There are various ways for verifying the BUSY backup has been done successfully or not for the company.

Step 1: We can check the backup success log in BUSY agent log details for the companies whose backup has been successfully done.
Step 2: In BUSY Agent can set notification for the backup in your email id or in BUSYbns app by mentioning the mobile number.
Step 3: We can also check the BUSY backup folder manually.

Error: BUSY Agent already open. How to fix it?
To fix the error "BUSY Agent already open," you can try the following steps:
1. Close all instances of the BUSY Agent software.
2. Open the Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift + Esc) and check if any BUSY Agent processes are running. If so, end those processes.
3. Restart your computer.
4. After the restart, open the BUSY Agent software again and check if the error persists.
If the error still occurs, you may need to contact BUSY customer support for further assistance.
Where is the backup folder location on the computer?
To take a backup ,you can follow these
Step 1 : Open the BUSY on your computer.
Step 2 :In the BUSY software, look for the option to backup data.This is usually found in the Company menu often labeled as Backup Data .
Step 3 : In the backup data window, you have two options
Step 4 : Copy and Paste the Path (Folder Location) If you know the exact path to the folder where your backup files are stored, simply copy the path.
Authorization failed while taking backup form google drive what to do?
If the authorization failed while taking a backup from Google Drive, then you need to follow the below steps:
1: Click on check space on Google Drive if it shows no space or very low space, then go to Google Drive and clear some data that is not required, then try for backup again.
2: Check if the company backup you are taking is updated to the latest version or not; if not, then update the comp file first, then take the backup again.
