How to troubleshoot BUSY Agent running in demo mode?

To troubleshoot for the BUSY Agent is running in demo mode then pls check the below steps :
Step 1: When we are using softlock license then check license file should be there in the BUSYwin folder and If have dongle license that it should be connected to that system.
Step 2: Check the set data directory which has been mention the BUSY Agent should be the same which is in the BUSY itself.

How to restore BUSY backup from Google Drive?

We can restore the data in BUSY from Google Drive. 
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Open the Google Drive
Step 2: Select the BUSY data folder and download it
Step 3: Put the backup files in the folder on desktop
Step 4: Open the BUSY software
Step 5: Click on company menu
Step 6: Then Restore data
Step 7: Specify the backup folder path and restore it with overwrite no.

I want to take backups of my BUSYAgent data to Google Drive. What steps should I follow to enable this?

The Google Drive backup option is not working for me. What should I do to get it working again?

To set up again to take backup on google drive, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the BUSY Agent application.
Step 2: Click on the Backup Configuration (Google Drive) option and enter your Gmail ID. Then, authorize the application to access your Google Drive account.
Step 3: Set the backup timing according to your preference and save the configuration. Now, BUSY Agent is ready to backup your data on Google Drive automatically.

How do I close and reopen the BUSY software if I am unable to connect with an agent?

To close and reopen the BUSY if you are unable to connect with an agent, you can follow these steps:
1. Right-click on the BUSY icon in the taskbar.
2. Select "Close" or "Exit" from the options to close BUSY.
3. Wait for a few seconds and then double-click on the BUSY software icon to reopen it.
This should close the software and allow you to reopen it even if you are unable to connect with an agent.

I'm having trouble finding the minimize and close options for the software window. Where are these located?

To find BUSY Agent after minimizing it, Look for the right side arrow key on your taskbar that shows the hidden icons. Click on it and you will see the BUSY Agent icon. Check the task manager by pressing Ctrl+Shift+Esc and look for BUSY Agent under the Processes tab and see if it is running or not.
Further if you closed the application then can open it from the icon or can search it.

What are the minimum system requirements to install and run BUSY Agent smoothly?

The minimum system requirements to install and run BUSY smoothly are:
- Operating System: Windows 7 or higher
- Processor: Intel Core i3 or equivalent
- RAM: 4 GB or higher
- Hard Disk Space: 10 GB or more
- Display Resolution: 1366x768 or higher
- Internet Connection: Required for certain features and updates
Please note that these are the minimum requirements, and for optimal performance, it is recommended to have a higher configuration.

How to resolve the Google Drive backup limit exceeded issues in BUSY Agent.

In BUSY Agent, if the error showing for google drive backup limit exceeded then need to increase the limit.
Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Make sure should to delete the unnecessary data from the Google Drive.
Step 2: There should be sufficient space in Google Drive
Step 3: Proper Google Drive setting should be configured in BUSY Agent.
Step 4: Make sure to install the latest version of BUSY agent.
