Step 1: Go to the Control Panel on your computer.
Step 2: Click on "Programs" or "Programs and Features."
Step 3: Look for BUSY Agent in the list of installed programs.Select BUSY Agent and click on "Uninstall" or "Remove."
Step 4: Follow the on-screen prompts to complete the uninstallation process.

How do I set up automated backups in BUSY Agent?

BUSY Agent :
Step 1: Download the BUSY Agent either from our site www.busy.in or from BUSY itself.
Step 2: In General Configuration- Select Database and Specify the Data Directory.
Step 3: In Backup Configuration - Specify the backup folder path on local drive. After that Scheduled backup for All Companies Day wise with time period as per your requirement.
Note : Backup on BUSY Agent is with only Active BLS.

Step 1: Open the Google Drive
Step 2: Download the BUSY Data Backup then put it in folder on desktop
Step 3: Open the BUSY Software

Step 6: Specify the backup folder path
Step 7: Restore it with Overwrite No

How to restore a BUSY backup from Google Drive?

Step 1: Open the gmail id then go to google drive option
Step 2: Download the BUSY backup files data and put in the folder on desktop.

To install BUSY agent you need to follow the steps 
1 open BUSY and click on download BUSY agent
2 then select path to download
3 extract zip file and double click on setup
4 click next and click on I accept then set the path of installation and ensure that the installation
path should be same as where BUSY install then next and finish

BUSY Agent send notification via email only after successfully backup your data. Further if you are receiving constant email notification the might be some issue in configuration, so again configure the email in BUSY Agent.

How can I change the backup location and timing settings for the BUSY Agent application?

To change the backup location and timming in BUSY Agent, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY Agent and click on Backup Configuration ( Local Drive ) and can change the Backup path.
Step 2: Next, click on the Backup Schedule and change the backup timming.
Now, your data will be backed up in Local Drive on the updated time and location.

If BUSY Agent running in demo mode what to do?

If BUSY Agent is running in demo mode, you need to follow the below steps:
Step 1: Make sure BUSY Agent is installed in the BUSY Win folder only.
Step 2: Also, you can uninstall and reinstall BUSY agent in the BUSY win folder. Make sure BUSY agent is the latest version.
Step 3: Also, make sure you have an active BLS for BUSY Agent in licence mode.
