The precautions you need to take the backup on regular basis so that if system get crash or lost data then you can easily recover it from the data backup. The best way to take the backup on Google Drive from BUSY Agent.
Pls Follow the Below Steps for Google Drive Backup :
Step 1: Open the BUSY Software
Step 2: Click on Company Menu
Step 3: Download the BUSYAgent
Step 4: Install it in which BUSY is already installed
Step 5: Click on BUSYAgent icon
Step 6: Click on General Configuration
Step 7: Select Database Type - Access or MS SQL, For Access, Mention the Data Directory Path and For MS SQL, Mention the SQL Server Information.
Step 8: For Backup Notification, Specify as per your requirement. Can get through Email or BUSYBNS.
Step 9: Click on Backup configuration of Google Drive
Step 10: Specify the Email Id for authentication.
Step 7: Click on Backup Schedule- Here select the days, financial year and backup time in a day as per your requirement.
Note : Backup on BUSY Agent is only with Active BLS.
How can I take backup on google drive?
For taking backup on gogle drive you have to download BUSY agent for download BUSY agent follow these steps:
step 1: Open web browser and open site busy.in
step 2: After open site go in resources
step 3: Go in download and download BUSY agent
step 4: Install BUSY agent in same drive in which drive BUSY install
step 5: Make sure at the installing all BUSY application should be close
For configure backup on google drive follow these steps:
step 1: open BUSY agent go in general configuration
step 2: Select data base type and if data base access mention data path in data directory
step 3: Save configuration then go in backup configuration google drive
step 4: Create backup on google drive y and mention gmail id in specify e-mail id for backup
step 5: Click on authorise open it will open web browser automatic
step 6: If mail id open show BUSY agent want accees to your google account
step 7: Click on continue open BUSY agent show authorization successfull click ok
step 8: Click on backup schedule select days and number of backup in a day
step 9: Mention time of backups and save configuration
How do I set up automatic cloud syncing in BUSY? It seems to not be working for me.
If you want to set automatic cloud syncing you have to install BUSY agent in system then you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Open BUSY Agent and click on General configuration.
Step 2: check Email setting if you get notification on email.Email sending configuration should be correct and click on Check Email Setting option and if you face error 114 then you need to generate app password from Google Account setting.

Step 1: Go to our website busy.in and click on download section.
Step 2: You will find the BUSY Agent Utility for auto backup you can download it.
Step 3: After download and install it at the location where BUSY has installed.
Step 4: Now open BUSY agent and then click on General Configuratin option.
Step 5: Now Specify your data directory where your data exist in system in the field of data directory and save the configuration.
Step 6: Now click on Cloud Sync Configuration option and Enable Automatic Incremental Sync Option by specify Y.
Step 7: Now specify the Interval time and save the configuration.
Step 8: Now click Add To startup option and Minimize your BUSY agent.
How can I set up automatic backups in BUSY?
Here are the steps for setting up automatic data backup in BUSY.
Step 1: Open BUSY software
Step 2: Go to company Menu
Step 3: Click on Download BUSY Agent option
Step 4: Specify path for Downloading the BUSY agent setup file and press OK to start downloading. It will take few minutes to download
Step 5: Afetrward,Click on Setup file of BUSY agent and install it by clicking on NEXT and then INSTALL option
Step 6: After successful installation, BUSYAGENT window open on your system
Step 7: Click on General Configuration
Step 8: Specify the DATA DIRECTORY in which your real-time data is currently running.
Step 9: Save the configuration by clicking on save button
Step 10: Click on Backup Configuration (LOCAL) option, if you want to take backup in local drive automatically and configure it as per your requirement
Step 11: Click on Backup Configuration on GOOGLE DRIVE, if you want to take backup in google drive automatically and configure it as per your requirement
Step 12: Click on ADD TO STARTUP option for taking backup automatically from BUSY
Why are there errors in using BUSY Agent, and how can I troubleshoot them?
BUSY Agent shows error due to Compatibility issue, Space issue, Rights & Permission issue, etc. To troublehoot them can follow these steps:
Step 1: Make sure that BUSY Agent is running in the background.
Step 2: Check the available space on your Local Drive as well as Google Drive and clear some space if needed.
Step 3: Update BUSY Agent to the latest version from the official website.
Step 4: If you have trouble backing up a specific company, try backing it up on your local drive first and see if the problem persists.
Step 5: Check your antivirus or firewall settings and make sure they are not blocking BUSY Agent Application from accessing the internet or other resources.

I want to migrate or take backup of BUSY before shifting it to cloud. What is the process?
If you want to take the backup before migrating the data on cloud then you can use BUSYAgent Utility which allows to take backup on Local system and on Google Drive as per the spefied intervals
Step 1 : Download and Install the BUSYAgent through our site www.busy.in go to resource and downloads
Step 2 : Open BUSYAgent and go to General Configuration
Step 3 : Specify data location as per access or SQL
Step 4 : Go to Backup Configuration for Local and specify the folder path of your local drive and specify the interval for backup schedule
Step 5 : Now go to Backup Configuration for google drive and specify your gmail ID
Step 6 : Configure the interval for backup schedule
Step 7 : Save the settings and check the backup through Backup now Tab.
Further, for taking manual backup then you can refer to the steps below:
1. Go to Company menu
2. Click on Backup Data
3. Select Company and specify Username and Password
4. Specify the folder location where you require to take the backup
5. Select all the F.Y. and Press OK.

How to configure BUSYagent setting in BUSY?
If you want to configure BUSYagent setting in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your BUSY then click on download BUSYagent option to download it
Step 2: You can also download it from our official website busy.in
Step 3: After downloading its setup install the BUSYagent
Step 4: After installing BUSYagent open it
Step 5: Then click on general configuration
Step 6: Select database type as Ms access or SQL as required
Step 7: In case of access database specify data directory
Step 8: In case of SQL database specify the server name alongwith username and password
Step 9: After that save it
Step 10: IF you want to configure auto backup on local drive or google drive you can config it by clicking on its specific options
Step 11: You can also use BUSYagent as dongle server in case of sql data base with multiple counts
Step 12: If you are using BUSY mobile app of BUSY
Step 13: Click on cloud sync configuration
Step 14: Then select enable automatic incremental sync as Y
Step 15: Then specify the intervals minutes and save it
