How can I send BUSYAgent backups to email? What settings need checking?

BUSY Agent can only send you backup notifications via email, not backup files. If you want to send backup files via email, you need to do it manually and attach the backup files to your email.

Can I take backup later or should I do it now?

It depends on you whenever you want to take backup you can take it now and later as per need. But it is recommen to use BUSY agent and it backend automatic backup will be done.

What permissions needed for local drive to store BUSY Agent backups?

For backup on local drive, There is no permission is required to the backup folder. We need to download and open the BUSY agent then specify the BUSY backup folder from backup configuration of local drive.

Create a -inch invoice format in BUSYAgent. How?

In BUSY, We can create invoice format from 3 inch not 2 inch.
BUSY Agent is only used to take the data backup in local or google drive and can sync BUSY data to mobile app.

I don't want the software agents to access my system backend. How can I restrict or disable backend access?

If you don't want to run BUSY Agent in background then it will not take backup automatically on the scheduled time. Further if still wish to do that so close that application instead of minimize.

I want to stop the repetitive confirmation emails from BUSY Agent. What should I do?

BUSY Agent send notification via email only after successfully backup your data. If you want to disable it then untick the option called "Send Notification through Email" under the General Configuration tab of BUSY Agent.

What's the recommended way to set up BUSYAgent for scheduled backups on multiple systems?

We cannot schedule backup on BUSY agent for multiple systems. The BUSY agent will run on the system in which the BUSY softlock license file is available and the dongle is connected with that system.

Where is my backup files stored in local system and Google Drive?

The backup files are stored on the local system in the specified backup folder, and on Google Drive in specifed gmail id's google drive option you will found your backup in BUSY auto backup folder
