To generate an app password for my Gmail account for use in BUSY,please follow below steps:
Step 1 : To set up 2FA for your Google account linked to BUSY, you would typically use one of the following methods:
Step 2 : Go to your Google Account settings by visiting https://myaccount.google.com/.
Step 3 : Click on Security or Sign-in & security.
Step 4 : Locate the Two-step verification or Two-factor authentication section and click Turn on or Get started.
Step 5 :Follow the on-screen instructions to set up 2FA using one of the available methods.
Please note that Google's security features and settings may have evolved since my last knowledge update in September 2021, so it's essential to refer to Google's official documentation or support resources for the most up-to-date information on setting up two-factor authentication for your Google account.

Step 1: Log in to you gmail Id
Step 2: Then do Left click on you Profile image
Step 3: Then click on manage your google account
Step 4: Then find security option in left side and select it
Step 5: Then scroll down to turn on the option of two step verification
Step 6: Then in searchbar of email enter app password and select it
Step 7: Then enter the BUSY in the app name and create or generate password

Why are some invoices not getting attached when emailing from BUSY?
There could be several reasons, If the BUSY is not sending some invoice attachments through email. Some of the possible reasons are:
Step 1: First check the Email Configuration from the Administration menu then click on Configuration.
Step 2: Ensure that tick on the PDF Attachmen.
Step 3: May be the antivirus settings blocked the BUSY application to send PDF or access the internet connetion.
Step 4: The BUSY is not running as an administrator mode which cause any permission error
Step 5: Might be the date format and regional settings of system is not compatilble with BUSY.
Step 6: Internet connection is not stable.

Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configurations
Step 3: Email Configuration
Step 4: Select Send Directly option.
Step 5: Select the Attachment as per your requirement.
Step 6: Mention the Server Configuration : Smtp Server Name for your email like Gmail, yahoo,rediffmail etc. then Username & Password for your email id.
Step 7: Mention the Sender Details : From option - Your Name & Reply To - Your Email ID.
Step 8: If Still issue presists, Then exclude the BUSY in the anti virus.
Note : Generate the Email ID password for BUSY from Security Setting of Gmail and Yahoo ID.

Steps
Step 1: You have to opened the report or invoice and enter on the email button then a window
appear i.e. Send Email here you have to check and can add the additional attachment
Step 2: Make sure send report as must be set on PDF attachment so that selected report
could attach in the PDF form.
Step 3: Enter the receiver mail in the To field
Step 4: For additiona attachment you can add in the field of the External attachment.

I want to email invoices from BUSY to my accountant/auditor. How can I configure BUSY to send invoices via email?
"We can enable the email feature for sending the invoice through email directly from BUSY. We have to mention the Email Id details in BUSY.
