How do I send invoices to customers from BUSY?

We can not schedule or automate email from BUSY but we can save our emails and can send them in once manually. To set this configuration, please follow below steps:
Step 1: Open company in BUSY
Step 2: Go to Adminstration tab and select Users option
Step 3: Open user in modify mode
Step 4: Enable option Always send Email/SMS/Notification in Offline mode
Step 5: Save the configuration
To share email in once manually
Step 1: Go to Adminstration Tab and open Utilities option
Step 2: Select Offlone e-mail/SMS option
Step 3: Select email's and click on Send button
Please note that E-mail ID's should be mentioned in party masters

Is there an option for getting reports emailed to me on a schedule?

Yes you send your reports to your e mail account follow thses steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration.
Step 2: Click on Configuration.
Step 3: Select Email Configuration.
Step 4: Mention Smtp.gmail.com in SMTP Server define username and app password mention port 465 then from and reply to mention save.
Note: Create App password on gmail follow steps:
Step 1: Click on Your name of gmail.
Step 2: Go to manage your account.
Step 3: Select Security.
Step 4: Select 2-Step Verification.
Step 5: At the bottom of the page select App passwords.
Step 6: Enetr the name of app anything you can mention that you will remember.
Step 7: Select Generate.

How can I resolve the issue of not being able to send emails from BUSY?

To resolve the email sending issue from BUSY.
Pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Make sure that you have done the email configuration properly in BUSY.
Step 2: Go to the email configuration then click on test account settings option if the configuration are proper then it will show sent successfully.
Step 3: Check the Internet connection should be proper.
Step 4: In the email configuration, check by changing the port 465 ,571 and 25.
Step 5: If the antivirus is blocking the BUSY application then exclude BUSY in the antivirus.

What is the process to email a PDF invoice to a customer from BUSY?

To email a invoice PDF to customer, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the invoice that you want to email from BUSY.
Step 2: Click on the Email button or press ALT+M on your keyboard to open the email window.
Step 3: Select the printing format that you prefer and click on the Email button.
Step 4: Enter your customer’s email id in the To field. You can also enter CC, BCC, Header and Footer if required. Then click on the Send button to email the invoice PDF to your customer.
Please note Email Configuration should be done for doing this process.

Ensuring Gmail compatibility with BUSY and steps to connect it with existing credentials.

To ensure Gmail compatibility with BUSY and connect it with existing credentials, you can follow these steps:
1. Open BUSY and go to the Configuration menu.
2. Select the Email Configuration option.
3. Enter your Gmail email address and password in the respective fields.
4. Choose the SMTP server as "smtp.gmail.com" and set the port as "587".
5. Enable the SSL/TLS option for secure communication.
6. Save the configuration settings.
7. Test the connection by sending a test email from BUSY.

Why isn't there an SMTP option when selecting "Send through Microsoft Outlook" in BUSY's email configuration?

If you are not seeing an SMTP option when selecting Send through Microsoft Outlook in BUSY's email configuration, it likely means that the email integration within BUSY is designed to work specifically with Microsoft Outlook and relies on Outlook's settings for sending emails. In this case, you may not have the option to configure SMTP settings directly within BUSY.
The SMTP option is not available when selecting Send through Microsoft Outlook in BUSY's email configuration because the email will be sent automatically through the Outlook ID that is open on the system, without the need for SMTP server configuration.
