How do I email the generated invoice bill to my client?

To email a generate bill to your client from BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to the Transaction menu and choose the voucher type that you want to email such as Sales, Purchase, etc.
Step 2: Click on Modify and open the voucher.
Step 3: Click on Email button or press ALT+M and enter the client mail id in To field then send.
Step 4: You can open the voucher from the voucher list or from the releated ledger.
Please ensure that email configuration is done in your company before sending email.

Step 1: Open BUSY and select the company you want to work with. Then, go to the Administration tab and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Click on Email Configuration and enter all the required details to set up your email account such as SMTP Server, Username and Password etc. You can watch the video tutorial by clicking on the play button on the right corner for more guidance.
Further in BUSY no option to schedule automatic send emails.
