Step 6: Mention the Server Configuration : Smtp Server Name for your email like Gmail, yahoo,rediffmail etc. then Username & Password for the id.
Step 7: Mention the Sender Details : From option - Your Name & Reply To - Your Email ID."

Why is the SMTP error code appear while sending mail from BUSY?
In BUSY, SMTP server error code 114 occurs when attempting to send an email if either the username or password provided is incorrect.To resolve the error follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, click on Configuration, and select Email Configuration option.
Step 2: Verify the email ID mentioned in Username. If it is incorrect, correct it.
Step 3: If the username is correct, check the password. If the password is incorrect, generate a BUSY app password from your email ID and specify it in BUSY.
How do I print or email invoices from BUSY
To print or email an invoice from BUSY, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Open the invoice that you want to print or email.
Step 2: To print, click on the Print button or press ALT+P. Choose the format that suits your printer and print the invoice.
Step 3: To email, click on the Email button or press ALT+M. Choose the format that you want and enter the recipient’s email address in the TO field. Click on Send. Make sure you have configured your email settings in your company.
