In BUSY, SMTP server error code 114 occurs when attempting to send an email if either the username or password provided is incorrect.To resolve the error follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration, click on Configuration, and select Email Configuration option.
Step 2: Verify the email ID mentioned in Username. If it is incorrect, correct it.
Step 3: If the username is correct, check the password. If the password is incorrect, generate a BUSY app password from your email ID and specify it in BUSY.

To configure email in BUSY, you need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and click on Configuration.
Step 2: Choose Email Configuration and fill in the required details, such as SMTP Server, Username & Password, etc.
Step 3: For Gmail ID you need to create app password from your google account setting.
Step 4: Click on Test Account Settings to verify that you can send a test mail successfully.

BUSY provides an application named as BNS, which allow you to have notification or can share invoices to other application user also. To share invoices through BNS, follow below steps:
Step 1: Open Invoice or report you want to share
Step 2: Use BNS button on top or press ATL+Y in your keyboard
Step 3: Select format
Step 4: Mention register contact no. and Click on OK button
BNS application works on Android and IOS, you require to install and register it with your contact
After regenerating my app password in Gmail, do I need to update it in BUSY to maintain the integration?
Yes, After regenerating your app password in gmail, you need to update in in BUSY
For update Regenerated password follow the given step:-
Step 1: Click on administration option
Step 2: Then click on configuration option
Step 3: Then Select Email Configuration
Step 4: Do enter generated password in front of Password option.

To send the email from sub user you need to follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to administration menu and select users option.
Step 2: Then click on modify option and give rights from menu rights.
Step 3: And make sure to metion Y on allow email of reporting then click on save button.
Step 4: Then login with the sub user and Go to administration menu.
Step 5: Then click on configuration option and then email configuration.
Step 6: Make sure you have configure the email configuration at user level.
