How do I fix email sending issues after changing the email ID in BUSY?
If changed id in BUSY then generate password with new id and then paste generated password in BUSY email configration password portion. After this process you can able to send email properly. Please find below mention steps for generating password from your email account:-
Step 1:- Login Email
Step 2:- Settings
Step 3:- All settings
Step 4:- Other google account settings
Step 5:- Securities, generate password for app select other and enter BUSY and then generate password copy and paste password in BUSY email configration.
Why am I unable to see the email configuration options in the software?
If you cannot see the Email Configuration option in BUSY, you may need to check two things:
1. The model of BUSY that you are using. The Basic model does not have the option, so you may need to upgrade to a higher model, such as Standard or Enterprise.
2. The permissions that you have to access all the features. You may not have the rights to configure email so you may need to contact your administrator or supervisor to grant you the access.
Where can I find email logs in BUSY to view delivery reports?
Sorry, there is no email log in BUSY to see the delivery report further you can
check offline email report follow the given steps
Step 1: Select Administration then
Step 2: Select Utilities then
Step 3: Selct offline email sms option to see the saved email which has not sent yet.

Adding customer/Account /Party email IDs to their accounts for direct emailing in BUSY and wants to send email on multiple email id's, how can do it ?
To Add Email Id's in Party master name then follow the steps.
Step 1. Go to Administration meu and select Masters option
Step 3. After selection of Masters click on Add Accounts option
Step 4. At the time of Add Accounts, Enter the details such as . Address,GST NO,Email,Contact No and etc. then
click on save button to save the details.
Step 5. If you wants to send Email to on multiple Ids then you need to use SEMI-COLON ( ; ).
What should I do if changing my password does not resolve email access and sending issues in BUSY?
If you changed password in your mail id you need to generate app password again. Please follow below mention steps for generate password from email:-

How can I find my email provider's SMTP server details and port numbers to use in BUSY?
In BUSY, You can mention the below smtp servers for your required email Id :
SMTP Server Name and Port Number :
For Gmail : smtp.gmail.com and port number should be 465 or 561
For Yahoo : smtp.mail.yahoo.com and port number should be 465 or 561
For Outlook : smtp.live.com and port number should be 465 or 25
If you have any other email Id or domain Id then can check on google or can contact to the email id provider.

What is two-step verification and why use it for BUSY email?
