Configuring email in BUSY and resolving connection issues with the email server?

Why are my email attachments being blocked for security reasons in BUSY?

If your email attachement are locked for sending the emails from BUSY, Then pls follow the below steps :
Step 1: Exclude the BUSY in the antivirus and unblock the attachement for the emails.
Step 2: Check the firewall settings,turn off the firewall then check. If the email attachement get send, then we need to create the Inbound and outbound rules in the system from window firewall defender settings under control panel after that restart the system.

How to configure the email in BUSY

Steps to correctly configure the email in BUSY. 
Step:1 Go to Administraiton
Step:2 Select Configuration option from it.
Step:3 Then Email configuration and make sure email sending option should be default.
Step:4 Then mention smtp server name and other details in the configuration
Step:5 Login your gmail id and enable 2 step verifitcaiton and generate app password for mentioning in BUSY from manage may google account option in the security tab.

Why am I unable to send emails even after reconfiguring my account settings in BUSY?

If you are not able to select certain fields and options during email configurations, Then Pls Follow the Below Steps :
Step 1: Make sure that you have selected the correct model as per your license . As email configuration feature is available in Standard and Enterprise model.
Step 2: Make sure the your company should be open from super user and if its sub user, then check that you should rights to do the email configuration.

I want to email invoices directly from BUSY to individual customer email ids. What configuration do I need to do?

To email invoices directly from BUSY to individual customer email IDs, you need to configure the email settings in BUSY. Go to Administration > Configuration > Email Configuration. Specify the sender name, reply-to email, and Gmail port code (either 465 or 587). Test the account settings to verify the details. Save the configuration. Then, when creating a sale voucher, click on the email button and specify the customer's email ID to send the invoice directly to them.

I am unable to attach files or send attachments through emails using BUSY. How can I resolve this?

If you are unable to attach files while sending an email from BUSY. Please follow the steps to fix this issue.
Step 1. Go to Administration menu then click on Configuration option.
Step 2. Now click on Email Configuration and select the sending report as PDF, XML attachment(only for Invoice)
and PDF+XML attachment then save the settings
Step 3. For any External Attachment click on folder then select the file while send any email of reports.

How do I configure the email account when updates are interrupting the sending of emails in BUSY?

Step 2 Click on configuration then email configuration
Step 3 Select here in which format you want to send email
Step 4 You can select here PDF or XML attachment and do save
Step 5 If you want to attach additional external attachment then at time of send email attath that file
