We have to create app password for BUSY if you changed password of your email id.
for creating app password should follow these steps.
open gmail id on chrome
step 1. Click on the email profile iqon in upper right side

I want the emails I send through BUSY to be permanently saved. How can I do that?
To permanently save the emails you send through BUSY, you can configure your email settings to automatically save a copy of each sent email. The SMTP option is not available when selecting Send through Microsoft Outlook in BUSY's email configuration because the email will be sent automatically through the Outlook ID that is open on the system, without the need for SMTP server configuration.
