If you want to send invoices through email but unable to generate PDF then follow the steps below :
1. Make sure you have a PDF viewer in your system such as Adobe reader.
2. Please check that no more instances belongs to previous releases and versions of BUSY available in the control panel.
How can I link my custom domain email to Gmail and then use it with BUSY for sending emails?
For configuration of custom domain mail id in BUSY user need check some pre-requisite.
1. Need to specify a valid smtp server name in email configuration.
2. Need to specify the port code and password in the BUSY email
configuration.

To generate the RN and LR number in email, you can create a format for email and define the LR and RN number in that if static or if it is variable then call voucher optional field in voucher and call this field in format and select that format while email.
