How do i ensure that payment QR Code print automatically while print invoice?
If you have configured or customized your bill settings and when you give print command, it will automatically print and be displayed on the bill.
Moreover, if you are not customised your bill for payment Qr code then it will customised on chargeable basis and for this will transfer your call to our customer representative so that they can guide you accordingly
How can I add a footer to my invoices to display GST amount?
For add Footer in design format please follow these steps:
1. Go in Administration then go in configuration
2. Then go in invoice/document printing click on advanced
3. Select invoice type like sale and select format
4. Then go in footer and add field Related to Gst amount
Note- For Design format you can contact to your Registered dealer and it is paid service
How do I add the company logo to the invoice printing format?
For adding the company logo to the sale invoice, see the following steps:
Step 1: Go to the Administration Menu.
Step 2: Click on Configuration, then click on Invoice Document Printing.
Step 3: Select Stander, then click on Sale Invoice.
Step 4: Specify Print Logo Y
Step 5: Set the company logo path; also set the logo width and height.
Step 6: Click on Save to save the configuration.

Can I add item name and alias to the printout?
To print item name or alias in standard format in bsuy, you need to follow these steps :
Step 1: Go to administration then configuration
Step 2: Select invoice and document printing select standard
Step 3: And select voucher type now click on self configured and mention the number of characters for item name and alias mention caption and click on ok and save button.
