To customize the look of your invoices in BUSY, you can contact the person who designed your invoice format. They will be able to make the necessary changes and customize the invoice according to your requirements.

How can I design/configure thermal printer invoice formats/layouts in BUSY as per my specific print dimensions required?

Invoice Designing will be done on chargeable basis. Can Contact to the Channel Partner for designing as your requirement in BUSY. For Thermal Printer, Set it from printer setting either from Channel Partner or Hardware Person.

What details do I need to provide to get a customized bill format?

Design Format always be on chargeable basis either for Modification and New format. Ask the sample format from the customer or also can ask fields where want to add it. Customer can contact to Dealer end.

If BUSY close automatically while print invoice in design format then reopen the company and check again. If still issues persist then take the latest backup of data and run reindex database from the housekeeping tab.

If you want some changes in standard invoice format then there is no fee/cost for modification, if your modification is possible in standard format.
