To customize text messages with invoice details in BUSY, you can go to Administration, Configuration, Inverse Document Printing, Advanced, and select the invoice format in which you want to change the message body text.

It is possible that the formatting of your bill/invoice has changed due to a modification in the settings or design format. The numbering and barcodes may appear smaller due to the changes made.

We recommend using JPEG format for adding signature image in BUSY. You can resize the image according to the space available in your format. There is no predefined resolution for the signature image.
