Can I add notes or disclaimers to delivery challans in BUSY?
Yes, You can add notes or disclaimers in Delivery challan.
To add the Disclaimer in delivery challan follow the below mentioned steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration and then Configuration
Step 2: Click on Invice Documents/ Printing
Step 3: Click on Standard
Step 4: Select the Voucher type Delivery Notes
Step 5: Add the note and disclaimer in Declairation field
How to update address and logo on printed bills in BUSY?
We can add logo in Invoice by giving the logo path through Below Steps :
Step 1: Administration
Step 2: Configuration
Step 3: Invoice Document Printing
Step 4: Standard
Step 5: Select the Invoice Type
Step 5: Enable logo option and specify the path.
Step 6: Mention Address details
Note : In Advanced Format can add it on chargeable basis for address update from Dealer End.
How can i print invoice from left side in BUSY?
To print invoice from left side in BUSY, we have to go to:
Step 1 : Click on Administration
Step 2 : Configuration
Step 3 : Hardware Configuration
Step 4 : Decrease paper left margin to print invoice from left side as per requirement.
Step 5 : After that we can print the invoice and re set paper left margin as per need
My voucher printout is distorted, what could be the reason?
There my be the several reason of printout distortion you need to check the below mentioned points:
1.Check the printer setting or the formating of the voucher layout
2. Check the Size and orientation in printer setting
3. Check the Hardware configuration margin should be entered properly
If issue still persist please specify the problem you are facing in printing
Why does the item name not display in print format?
If the item name is not displaying in printing then check the item print name mentioned in item master and update it correctly by follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to administration section then click on master menu.
Step 2: Choose item master then select modify.
Step 3: Select the required master then mention the item print name and save it.
Improving poor quality signatures in BUSY?
To ensure clear signature image quality on printed invoices, it is recommended to use high-resolution images for the signature. Scanning the signature at a higher resolution or using a mobile device to capture a clear image can help improve the quality. Additionally, saving the signature image in a supported format such as JPEG can also help maintain clarity.
Where can I edit the address for purchase invoice document printing?
To edit the address for purchase invoice document printing,follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to Administration menu and then select submenu configuration
Step 2: Then Select invoice document printing option and then select standard option
Step 3: After that Select purchase invoice and change address and select Save option to save changes
Step 4: Then you can check by printing invoice.
How can I find the print option in purchase entry?
To find the print option in purchase entry in BUSY, you need to follow steps :
Step 1: Go to transactions and go to the Purchase Voucher screen
Step 2: Click on the 'Print' button located at the top right corner of the screen. Alternatively, you can use the shortcut key 'Alt+P' to directly access the print option.
Can I print previous invoices from BUSY?
If you want to print previous invoices then please follow the given steps
Step 1: Go to transaction menu then select voucher and then list.
Step 2: select that voucher which you want to print.
Step 3: Then click on the print option and then sale invoice
Step 4: Then set format and number of copies you want then print.
How can I change the Drug License number on the invoice printing format?
To change the Drug License number on the invoice printing format follow the below steps:
Step1: Go to Administration menu and then click on configuration option
Step2: Now click on Feature and option and then click on inventory feature
Step3: Then you are change Drug License number shown in the right side of the screen and save the changes
