No, the BUSY doesn't support B2C e-invoicing. You can generate e-invoice for the B2B transactions only as there is no provision on e-invoice portal to generate e-invoice for the B2C transactions

There is no threshold limit for E-invoice If your turnover is more than 5 crore and you are generating a invoice against a registered dealer you have to generate E-invoice

E invoice never get generated for the same voucher number. If the e invoice is already generated with the voucher then make sure that voucher number should be different.

If you have added pinnacle GSP Id in BUSY, but it is not working then you need to validate that id and check if it is correct or not.

Once an e-invoice is generated, the invoice amount cannot be directly modified. However, you can cancel the existing e-invoice and generate a new one with the correct invoice amount.
