There is no threshold limit for E-invoice
If your turnover is more than 5 crore and you are generating a invoice against a registered dealer you have to generate E-invoice

No, you cannot create an E-invoice without a GST number. A GST number is mandatory for E-invoicing, and you can generate E-invoices only for B2B parties, not for B2C.
E invoice never get generated for the same voucher number. If the e invoice is already generated with the voucher then make sure that voucher number should be different.
If you have added pinnacle GSP Id in BUSY, but it is not working then you need to validate that id and check if it is correct or not.
Once an e-invoice is generated, the invoice amount cannot be directly modified. However, you can cancel the existing e-invoice and generate a new one with the correct invoice amount.
If you e invoice is automatically cancelled from the e invoice portal, then you should contact to their helpdesk to know the reason and also how to fix it.
