Why does my BUSY sometimes show server errors when I'm making GST invoices with E-way bill & E-Invoices and how can I make them avoid or get them fixed?
If you are generating Eway bill and E-invoice but getting server issues then you can try the following steps:
Step 1: Go to administration then Configuration then Feature & options then VAT GST.
Step 2: Select VAT GST then GSP Configuration then validate GSP for the provider for which GSP are you using.
Step 3: Sometimes it's an issue in Govt. portal of Eway bill and E invoices which is connected with GSP so try it from direct portal of eway bill or do it after some time it will work.
Is manual entry of station PIN codes necessary for e-invoice generation in BUSY, or can I save these details?
It is necessary to mention the station and pincode for e-invoice generation in BUSY, You can follow below steps to save these details only in party master:
Step 1: Go in relevant party master.
Step 2: Specify the station and pincode once.
Step 3: Save the configuration , so it will not ask you to mention these details every time.
Note: You need to mention the station and pincode in transport details window manually , as you can not fix the those field in it.
I am getting validation errors when trying to generate GST e-invoices. How can I fix invalid HSN codes?
If you are getting error of HSN Code while generating E-invoice then follow the below steps to validate the HSN Code :
1. Open the Item master in Modify mode and check that HSN Code has been specified or not.
2. If the same has been mentioned the Click on the Tab "VALIDATE"
3. If it will show any error then specify the correct Valid Code.
4. For Validating HSN Code in Bulk you can go to Transaction Menu
5. Click on GST Misc. Utilities
6. Click on Validate HSN Online.
My BUSY is not supporting E-invoice generation after I updated to the latest version. What should I check?
If your BUSY is not supporting E-invoice generation after updating to the latest version, you should check the following:
1. Make sure that you have entered the required information correctly, such as GSTIN, company PIN code, and other invoice details.
2. Verify that the E-invoice generation feature is enabled in the software settings.
3. Check if there are any pending updates or patches for the software and install them if available.
4. Ensure that your internet connection is stable and working properly.
5. If the issue persists, contact BUSY's customer support for further assistance.
Why am I unable to find the option to mention the GST number automatically in the software?
You can mention the GST number in the BUSY software in two ways.When creating a company,you can enable GST and mention your GST number. Afterward, it will automatically be filled in your GST/VAT details.If you forget to mention your GST number when creating the company, you can still add it later.
Step 1:Go to Display Menu,
Step 2:Click Configuration,
Step 3:Click Features and Options
Step 4:Click GST/VAT Tab,
Step 5:Here, You can mention your GSTIN NUMBER and other details in this window then save.
Are there any known issues generating or printing e-invoices in BUSY? What is the solution for this?
While generating/printing e-invoice in BUSY, follow these guidelines :
1: HSN code should be validate.
2: Ensure that mention correct Unit quantity code for unit master.
3: Enter correct GSP ID's for generating e-way bill in BUSY.
4: Enter station and pincode in account master.
5: In Input transport details window, you need to mention correct transporter name and it's ID.
6: Mention correct Vehicle Number and to station and pincode also.
7: In Printing Invoice/Document printing enable print IRN/Aknowledged/ OR code option.
Why am I unable to complete certain tasks and seeing location errors? What can I do?
If you are getting location error while generating an e invoice in BUSY, then you need to check these steps:
Step 1: Check in your party master if the station field is not blank.
Step 2: Check the place in the transport details window.
Step 3: Check your company location in the e invoice configuration by going to Administration menu.
Step 4: Select Configuration and click on Features / Options.
Step 5: Click on GST / VAT tab and then you will see config. option next to E invoice Required and check From Place.
Why am I unable to generate an e-invoice even after pincode is menioned?
If you are unable to generate an e-invoice even after pincode is menioned you can check these things:
Step 1:Check in party master location and pincode both are entered or not,if not please enter.
Step 2:Check address and pincode in billing shipping window.
Step 3:check location and pincode in transport window in voucher.

How can I cancel E-invoice in BUSY?
You can cancel E-invoice within 24 hours of generating E-invoice after 24 hours you can't cancel E-invoice.
For cancel E-invoice please follow below steps:
Step 1: Go to transaction then select voucher type
Step 2: Now open voucher through modify or list menu
Step 3: Click on cancel which was given on top of right side and click yes on cancel this voucher option
Step 4: Mention cancellation Narration and press enter
Step 5: Now mention Y on cancel E-invoice on government portal
Step 6: Now mention Remark and reason and click on ok
While making E-Invoice Invalid Passowrd msg showing
If showing password error message while generating E invoice then you need to
follow the steps
1 Go to administration menu and click on configuration then click on feature option
2 click on GST VAT option and click to gsp configuration
3 check which gsp password showing issue by click on validate and then you can switch
gsp for einvoice generation but if you have only one gsp then you have to change password
from ewaybill portal manually and same password should be mention in BUSY gsp configuration
