You can generate e way bill of B2B and B2C transactions, but make sure invoice should be of goods. Service invoice eway bill will not generate. You can generate E invoice for only B2B transactions and it can be goods and services.

Q: Are E-way bills be change after changing in bills?

No, after generating E-way bills if you made any changes in bill then it will not be reflect in E-way bill . If you want to change in E-way bill also you need to cancel the e-way bill and generate again.

Q: I'm having trouble with Pinnacle in BUSY, what should I do?

If you are facing issue with Pinnacle GSP ID in BUSY, then you can switch to webtel GSP Id if you have configure it in GSP Configuration. Otherwise you have to create webtel id from the e way bill portal.
