Transporter and station details are necessary required for e-invoices. However, they are not mandatory for credit notes because credit notes without are not subject to the same legal requirements as e-invoices.
I am transporting goods from X to Y. What is the approximate distance I should enter?
You do not need to fill the distance while generating eway bill just mention correct Pincodes of supplier and recipient it would auto update the distance from pincodes for eway bill.
How do I change the pickup and delivery location distances in BUSY to allow automatic calculation?
The distance in the transport window is based on the source and target pincode when you create a sale voucher. You can also modify the distance manually as per your needs.
I am unable to view the distance in my generated e-way bill. What should I do?
For viewing the distance in your generated e waybill, you can check the distance in the transport window of the voucher and the distance also mentioned in e way bill printing.
Why is the address correct but the PIN code wrong in the e-way bill in BUSY?
