I am unable to generate or print e-way bills from BUSY. What could be the reasons for this?

The invoice I generated in BUSY is not printing even though the Eway bill portal shows print is available. How can I resolve this?

 To fix the issue of the E-Way bill printout getting stuck and not completing printing, you can try the following steps:
Step 1: Try to delete print eway bill folder which is stored in BUSYwin folder in that drive where you have installed BUSY.
Step 2: Sometimes it's an issue in Goverment portal of eway bill which is connected with GSP's so try it from direct portal of eway bill or do it after some time it will work.
Step 3: Also check turn window features on or off from control panel as follows: First go to control panel then pick option programs then Programs & features & then pick option Turn windows features on or off. Second then select option .Netframework 3.5 (includes .NET2.0 and 3.0) & then tick both options in it as Windows Communication Foundation HTTP Activation and Windows Communication Foundation Non-HTTP Activation and then restart system & then check.

Can I directly print the e-way bill from BUSY after generating?

 You can print E waybill directly from BUSY after generation of e waybill by following these steps
1. Go to transactions and the sale voucher then open the voucher for which e waybill is already generated
2. Just resave the voucher for e waybill already generated
3. After saving voucher,prompt to print e waybill will be shown
7. Select print e waybill option as yes and then e waybill print pdf will be laoded automatically from portal and you can save it in your local drive for use or print
You can also print E-way bill of multiple invoices in bulk, please follow the below steps:
Step 1: Go to Transaction menu
Step 2: Click on GST misc. utilities
Step 3: E-way bill management then click on generae/print e-way bill
Step 4: Select Automatic then select voucher type sale/purchase etc.
Step 5: Select data range & then load list of vouchers select vouchers then click on print e waybill option

I am unable to print or view PDF files in BUSY. How can I resolve this?

 Troubleshooting issues with printing or viewing PDF files within BUSY. Here are some steps you can take to resolve these problems: 
1. Ensure that you're using the latest version of BUSY
2. Make sure you have a reliable PDF reader installed on your computer and working properly.
3. If the system also not generating PDF, you have to remove your Adobe reader and then reinstall and then check.
4. If the pdf is working properly on the system but not generating from BUSY you can check after removing your BUSY and reinstall it again.
5. Verify that your printer is properly connected to your computer and turned on. Check for any printer errors or issues.
6. Make sure that the printer you want to use is selected as the default printer in your computer's settings.
7. Restart your computer and try printing or viewing the PDF files again.
