What should I do if webtel ID is not working ?

If webtel is not working then you can create pinnacle id as we have two GSP for creation of 
E way Bill and E Invoice.You can create GSP from E way bill portal and to create it you need to follow some steps:
Step 1: Login the E way Bill Portal and go to Home
Step 2: Click on Registration and then Click on GSP
Step 3: After Click on GSP Registration Send the OTP
Step 4: Enter the OTP and verify the OTP
Step 5: Click on Add New Option And select the GSP name that is Pinnacle Finserv Advisors Pvt. Ltd.
Step 6: After Select GSP name Create User name and password and save.

I am unable to receive the OTP for creating my GSP ID. What should I do?

If you are unable to receive the OTP for creating your GSP ID, you can try the following steps:

While generate e-way bill or e-invoice show internet connection error. how to resolve it.

For resolving the internet connection error need to follow these steps
Step 1:If you have antivirus in system check with disable it for some time and generate e-way bill or e-invoice for voucher.
Step 2:If issue resolves check with exclude BUSY from antivirus properties.
Step 3:If issue is still unresolved then need to check with set compatibility, UAC, Region and locale and restart system.
Step 4:If querry is still not resolved then can check with util ping on customers system.
Step 5:If it is not ping customer need to contact to his internet service provider.
Step 6:If the querry is still pending can say to customer check after some time.

The OTP I am receiving is not working. How can I get the correct OTP to access my portal?

To resolve issues with the OTP not working on your GST portal, follow these steps: 
Step 1:Log in to your GST portal with the correct username and password.
Step 2:Go to the View Profile option and select Manage API Access.
Step 3:Set the duration for 30 days and confirm the settings. Check your registered mobile number and email ID.
Step 4:In BUSY, open the required company, go to Administration, select Configuration, and choose Features/Options.
Step 5:In the GST/VAT option, find the GST portal username field, enter your portal username, and save the configuration.
You should now receive the correct OTP.

My portal is not refreshing. How do I fix portal refresh issues?

To fix portal refresh issues, you can try the following steps:
1. Refresh the portal page by pressing the refresh button or using the keyboard shortcut (F5 or Ctrl + R).
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try refreshing the portal again.
3. Close the portal and reopen it in a new browser tab or window.
4. Restart your computer and try accessing the portal again.
5. If the issue persists, try accessing the portal from a different browser or device.

I am not able to sync my BUSY account with GSTN portal. What should I do?

Steps to connect gst portal to BUSY. 
Step 1:Go to administration menu and select configuration option.
Step 2:In configuration option select feature and option and click on GST/VAT.
Step 3:Navigate to the GSTIN and GST portal username field and make sure to mention correct details here.
Step 4:After that login your GST portal and Go to your Return dashboard.
Step 5:Click on MY PROFILE button at right hand side on top menu and in next window Go to manage API access.
Step 6:And then select yes on enable API request and make sure to select 30 days duration from dropdown list.
Step 7:Then Click on confirm button to save.

How do I obtain the GSP ID and password for E Way Bill Generation from BUSY?

If you did not create GSP Yet then go to E-Way bill portal and follow these steps:
Step 1: Login the E way Bill Portal and go to Home
Step 2: Click on Registration and then Click on GSP
Step 3: After Click on GSP Registration Send the OTP
Step 4: Enter the OTP and verify the OTP
Step 5: Click on Add New Option And select the GSP name and those are Webtel electrosoft PVT. LTD. And Pinnacle
Finserv Advisors Pvt. Ltd.
Step 6: After Select One of the GSP name Create User name and password and save.

I tried validating the WebTel user ID under GSP configuration but it says incorrect password. What can I do to fix this?

To update or reset the GSP password for Webtel Electrosoft Pvt Ltd, follow the steps below: 
Step 1: Log in to the E-Way portal.
Step 2: Click on the Registration Menu, then select For GSP.
Step 3: The portal will ask for OTP, so verify it.
Step 4: Click on the Change Password tab, select GSP user as Webtel Electrosoft Pvt Ltd, and change its password.
Step 5: Go to the Administration menu and then click on Configuration.
Step 6: Select Features and Options, then GSP Configuration, and change the new password for Webtel Electrosoft Pvt Ltd. Validate and then save.

My GST configuration is showing an incorrect password when I try to validate. How can I reset or update the password?

To update or reset the GSP password, follow the steps below: 
Step 1: Log in to the E-Way portal.
Step 2: Click on the Registration Menu, then select For GSP.

Step 6: Select Features and Options, then GSP Configuration, and change the new password there. Validate and then save.

What is the process to connect BUSY to the GST portal?

There are the process to connect BUSY to the GST portal :
Step 1. You must have Standard or Enterprices licesne of BUSY.
Step 2. Open your BUSY
Step 3. Go to Administration
Step 4. Click on Configuration
Step 5. Then click on Feature and options
Step 6. Select GST\VAT
Step 7. On the right side enter your GST portal name and save it.
Step 8. Open your gst portal
Step 9. Click on my profile
Step 10. On left side click on API manage and enable it and set 30 days time for otp generation then save it successfully.
