Step 1: Enable ITC-04 Reporting from GST / Vat congiguration Step 2: Record Inward and Outward Supplies through mat issue and mat . recevd voucher Step 3: create and assign unique Job IDs to each transaction
Step 4: Navigate to the GST returns or GSTR Reports section in the software.
Step 5: Select the option to generate the ITC-04 report

How do I fix incorrect party details in GST reports?

To fix incorrect party details in GST reports, you need to modify that party master by follow these steps:
Step 1: Open your company and go to Administration.
Step 2: Select Masters and click on Account.
Step 3: Click on Modify and select the party which details you want to update.
Step 4: Correct the details which were wrong and save again then check in GST reports.
Note: Take backup of your data before making any changes.

The opening balances for previous years are still showing in my GST reports. How can I clear or reset the opening balances?

In BUSY, if you want to clear or reset the opening balances for previous years in your GST reports, you can follow these steps:
Step 1: Click on that ledger account to open it.
Step 2:option to reset or clear the opening balance.
Step 3: reset the opening balance . Step 4 : After confirming, save the changes to the ledger account.
Note : Opening balance can reset only in begining FY.

Step 1: Record the Original ITC Entry

Step 5: Reverse the ITC entry by entering a negative ITC amount for the same invoice

To modify or edit the details shown in GSTR1 report you need follow the steps 
Step1 Go to display menu and click on gst reports
Step2 click on gst returns and click gstr1
Step3 set the period and open the report
Step4 enter on each sections and check and to modify it enter on it to go to the voucher
level and modify as per your requirement

To see Tax rate wise qty sold with HSN ,you can follow some steps:
Step 1: Go to Display and then click on GST reports.
Step 2: Now click on GST Registers and then click on supply outward Register
Step 3: Now click on option for Party to see report and filer on period and enable Show Qty. Details option and enable other option as per your requiremen and check reports.

Step 1: Check the accounts opening is correctly captured or carry forward from previous year.
Step 2: Ensure that all the transactions are recorded properly.
Step 3: Compare the entries with the original documents.
Step 4: Check that account's report in shorter range and find the date from where the total is wrong.

The previous year's tax amount is reflecting in my current GST summary. How can I remove prior period data?

The previous year's tax amount is reflecting in current GST summary. to remove prior period data follow these steps 
1. go to the change .F.Y option under administration menu
2. click on last year and swich it
3. then you need to adjust GST in payable account for that entered journal voucher to nill your GST for next year
4. then carry forward data again in current year

Why am I not able to add customer's GST registration number from other states while generating invoices in BUSY?
