To resolved the issue in download GST report from portal follow the below mentioned steps: 
Step 1: Login the GST portal 
Step 2: Click on Profile 
Step 3: Click on API access and give acces for 30days

If you want to see the GST reports in BUSY please follow these steps:
Step 1: Go to display menu
Step 2: Then click on GST reports
Step 3: From this option you can see the various reports of GST 

In BUSY,IGST and LGST are used to determine the tax rate for inter-state and intra-state transactions respectively 
and it make sure the correct type of GST has applied for the party to get the proper GST reports

IF showing error while download GSTR 2A json data check:
 Step 1 : Check gst portal updates
 Step 2 : CLear cache
 Step 3 : Check internet
 Step 4 : Retry download
 Step 5 : Verify cerendentials

To confirm that the change you made are reflecting in gst reports you can view the gst summary or gst register option from display option then select either gst summarty or gst register to view different reports.

If you entered your GST portal username but still cannot generate e-way bills in BUSY, you should check if the username is correct and if you have entered it in the GST configuration settings in BUSY correctly.

If you getting the error Settlement amount could not be generated when you trying to file GSTR return, you need to check the error in the transaction to match the invoice details before submitting the GSR report.

To find the options that you need more easily, you can check the below possibilities.
 1. Close the BUSY application and reopen it.
 2. Take the latest data backup and re-index the data from the housekeeping option.

You can access various GST reports such as GST Registers, GST Summary, GST Return, etc. from the Display menu. You can also specify the date range for the reports, either quarterly or monthly, when you open them.

To compare GSTR-2A/2B data for different months in BUSY, you can download the data for each month separately. Then, you can use the Reconcile GSTR-2A/2B feature in BUSY to match the data and identify any discrepancies.
